Reliable, kind and patient. You couldn't ask for better service. I have been using this pharmacy ever since I was 14 when I was diagnosed with a chronic disease. In the over a decade since then I can honestly say that they have improved the quality of my life. Their staff are kind and patient, they have never made me feel rushed or unheard. Their webster pack service has alleviated much of the stress of the day to day management of my medication. I have since moved a hour away from mona vale but I still choose to use this pharmacy and I hope that anyone else who needs a local pharmacy uses this one, you couldn't be in better hands.

I wanted to say I travel from Dee why to come to this medical centre and pharmacy because the one in Brook-vale Medical Centre is SOO un organised and a few of the doctors there are just so rude and don’t even care about your health. Honestly thank you GateWay for honestly caring about my health. I wanted to give 5 stars to the lovely lady at the pharmacy desk who also has the same last name as me. I forgot her first name!!! But thanking her For always being so helpful at what she does and makes me happy to come all the way just to pick up my medication. One happy customer

Went in to pick up medication at this pharmacy and the girl dispensing was eating peanut butter at the counter. Apart from the unprofessionalism of eating at the counter, the real issue is someone who is dispensing medication consuming a known common food allergen whilst working. I myself am anaphylactic with nuts, and if I had not noticed the peanut butter on the counter, it could have been very dangerous for me. I asked the other staff member to change the meds over for me. Staff needs to educated in safe handling practices.

The lady that works at the front counter (sorry I didn’t get her name) was so helpful yesterday. She tried everything to help cheer my son up as he was super tired and not feeling well. Very grateful. Thank you!

If you've had bad experiences with a doctor dismissing symptoms/generally being uncaring unsympathetic - There's a good chance you'll have that same experience again here. tl;dr avoid

Lovely staff who are not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. Nothing it seems is too much to ask. Late opening time of 9pm is also very handy. Plenty of parking underneath too.
