They have a good selection of machines here. For the double load machines, they have the Thoroughbred 300 Commercial Washer made by Dexter. They have an entire row of these. Then there is a smaller row of Maxi Load Thoroughbred 600 machines for those larger loads. Finally, they have two Mega Load Thoroughbred 900 machines for things like giant comforters. For dryers, they have the Dexter Stack Dryers and they are 25 cents for 6.5 minutes. It's a pretty good deal. I used the Mega Load Thoroughbred 900 and it was $6.25 for the 25 minute wash cycle. I would recommend going during attendant hours of Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm. I needed to break a $20 bill and the attendant was able to help me out. The change machine takes $1 bills on the left side of the change machine and $1 or $5 on the right side of the change machine but the $5 bill change function was broken so the attendant just gave me more $1 bills. With the attendant there, if you have any issues, he or she can help you out. Overall, positive experience! Oh I almost forgot, no restrooms here. The door to the bathroom had a sign that says it's out of commission.

First, I went to this one based solely on these reviews. They must be fake because this place was disgusting! WORSE LAUNDRY MAT EVER!!! The washing machines are extremely overpriced, for a quarter in the dryer, you get 7 minutes. All my clothes didn't even get cleaned and I used three different types of washing machines. The dryers worked well though and had a lot of heat. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, I was there for two and a half hours with two attendents on duty. Neither one ever made an attempt to sweep up the floor, however they made sure to get in three ciggerette breaks. The bathroom was so bad, I could barely walk in there to wash out my laundry cup! The smell was worse than a dump, the sink had black stuff around the faucent. The floor was wet, you could see pee stains on the toilet along with some brown... I also spotted a cockaroach. The free coffee that the reviews on Google mentioned was a thermostat with cold coffee that also just didn't look right in color.

I come to this laundry mat a couple times a week and the lady that works there and calls her self a (manager) is nasty with her husband/ boyfriend are garbage I understand the homeless thing that happens there but because my boyfriend and I go there with backpacks and bikes doesn't mean we are homeless we both work every day and I don't need to explain that to this lady about my life.. it is a clean and a good place to wash but judging someone based on their appearance is not acceptable..we work every day doing lawn service so we are dirty once we are released from work..it doesn't mean we are homeless or drug addicts

Been going here for a couple years now, the place is clean but most of the time the staff is taking up the washer and driers for the wash and dry service they have. Was in here to today and wasn't going to do a negative review until I had put my clothes in the washers already and the owner told me to take them put and use another washer because he's going to use them well I moved my clothes to a different washer and now my clothes are finished, he still hasn't used those washers, to me that's bad customer service. I guess I will be getting a washer and dryer today! The is for the cleanliness only.

I have a Travelers Club Jumbo 36" 2-section rolling duffel bag, slam packed with clothes & a pair of shoes, that I was able to wash & dry for only $8.25. The washers and dryers got my items cleaned and dried 100%!! The facility was very clean, and there were no loud people or any problems from anyone. Only downfall is that the restroom is out of order. Hopefully that wil be fixed. Other than that, I 100% approve! I will most definitely be coming back. I love this place! Good job to the owners! (:

Service was terrible. The lady working there was extremely rude and they took up all the carts and machines (both washers and dryers) doing the drop off clothes which led to the customers having to wait for a machine to be available. She also left clothes in machines so that no one could use them and when I had questions or needed help with something she completely ignored me walking, away and even interrupted me while I was talking and had someone else help.

Don’t waste your time. The employees took up most if not all the dryers leaving their customers with only 6 to use out of the 18 smfh, Oh must I not forget the two employees constantly smoke cigarettes back to back right at the front door kinda like as if everyone wants to clothes smelling like smoke. People really know how to make a business look bad and lose money first and last time for me avoid this smoke shop seriously.

During 2021 and 2022, I did my laundry here as it was always clean and the washers and dryer, with a few exceptions, were never out of service. The best laundry ever! Needing to use this laundry today for the first time in nearly a year, I was shocked at the conditions. It was dirty, dryer sheets littering the floors and in the machines. The floors were dirty and at least six dryers out of service! A disaster!

I went to the laundromat with intent on doing my laundry but after I got in and saw the prices to wash .... I just could not justify washing there especially since the hotel was $2 to wash and $2 to dry .. I'm not sure because its has been years since I used a laundromat .... but to me .... those prices seems ridiculous for a cylinder with not enough water in it!!

For a place that you're supposed to clean your clothes in, it's pretty dirty. Dead cockroach grossed me out. Floor was very dirty and slippery. In between the machines was piled high with lint, dirt and pieces of trash. Bathroom out of order. Only two large washing machines for blankets, comforters and large loads.

No ATM to get cash for your laundry, wifi does work, however, bathroom was out of order when I visited, limited washers and dryers. This is still the better of the laundry mats in the area! Lastly, this laundry mat is maintained in clean condition and well lit compared to the other laundry mat in the area.

Went at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday to do sheets and towels. All the large machines were being used by the man working there who informed me to use the smaller but needed two instead of one. It was not very clean and not very friendly. Drove to Gandy and was greeted with a smile and very clean.

They did a good job on my laundry (Wash and fold) but the attendant here isn't trained on using the card reader to take payments, so my options are to go next door and pull cash out of an ATM with a fee or wait for another attendant to come so I can make a card payment. That's just silly to me.

This is a very clean facility.. all the machines work very well. They offer wash dry fold on site during the day. Staff is friendly. There's a TV for customers to watch while they wait for their clothes.. they're open 24 hours so this is a big plus for me. It's also very quiet and not packed..

This place is a disaster if not out right criminal. I put $2.50 in a machine and it didn’t even work. Never have I seen so much garbage, water leaks and debris in a laundromat. For sure they are violating health codes. You will need to take a shower after leaving - the place is disgusting.

Moderately clean. Multiple sizes of machines. L$6.50, M$4.50, and S$2.50 per 20min cycle. All dryers .25cents per 7min cycle - can sometimes take a couple cycles to dry towels and heavier items. Not a bad visit during slow times. Would not come here late in the evenings however.

This spot was cute. I was visiting out of town and needed to wash all of my clothes bc we got caught in a summer torrential downpour in NC. It was the only place open late. I was in and out within 2h. Mind you I was laundry for 4 ppl. 2 adults 2 children.

It’s a clean place. The washing machines work nice. The manager doesn’t wear her mask & more than half of dryers weren’t available so we left to go to another laundromat to dry. Also noticed the clothes are more damp after wash than I’m use to.

Pretty clean and easy to operate. The chairs could use a little TLC and we were really hoping to use the wash, fold, and dry service but they were closed. Not sure if it is open only during specific times or closed due to covid.

A dryer did not work because the guy claimed the door wasn't shut properly even though the dryer was spinning. He therefore called it a user error and did not refund a dollar twenty-five not to mention my time.

There are a lot of machines that aren't working. There is no restroom facility. People without masks fill the place and someone who works here chainsmokes in front of the door way without wearing a mask.

Convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately small and often machines are broke. Staff not compliant with required masks due to COVID-19, and many users also not wearing masks or wearing incorrectly.

Very neat coin laundry machines. It is busy but you can find couple of machines to use in a short time. Internet, coffee, water fountain and washing service per bound are also available. Big like!

Small and definitely needed to be cleaned better. I was able to wash my comforter in one of their big machines for $4.50. The machine worked fine and fast.
