Had the pleasure of dealing with a chap called Dave, out of 35+ bike shops I phoned looking for a hard to come by part they were the only ones who put in any effort to help and after considerable searching and hard work on his part, Dave managed to find one for me in the end. Absolutely brilliant service, hats off to these guys.
