Absolute freaking rip offs. Wanted to charge $10 for a dead hard drive that was going to be pulled apart and the magnets taken out of. I've heard some really nasty things about these guys, and this one is right up there with them.

All I needed was a SATA connection to get data off a hard drive. The person behind the counter was too busy telling me ways that what I wanted wouldn't work, rather than listen to what I needed.

Still experiencing the same problem with my laptop. No changes, still running slow and won't open again as pre service. I believe the issue is more my Internet Service. Keeps dropping out

Excellent repair to my computer and if you buy a system it is defiantly worth it for the backup service which is offered.
