I’ve spent probably weeks researching things to try to learn what to do if I had a computer problem, WITHIN 5 MINUTES THIS GUY HAD ME GOOD TO GO. On top of that, he went above board and even helped me with other aspects. PICK HIMMM

I’m sorry I am not into making appointments to pick up or drop off my computer. My computer is ready tonight, right now, but I can’t pick it up until tomorrow at 6:40 pm? Ridiculous.

I received a bill for $500 and they never came to fix my son cracked screen if they answer for you please tell them to email me immediately

There are supposed to be here to repair broken devices but if you dont have a warranty with them then they cant help at all.
