Fast efficient and friendly staff. I love this branch more than the other braches in ethekwini, staff here know their products and where they are located. I can send someone to get me extra stuff here and they always bring the right stuff, unlike other branches. I have proved it with the same list to Springfield, Chatsworth and pinetown branches but only got the right product here without getting a call to ask what I really wanted, as a contractor thats frustrating and here I dont get worked up.

Prices are good, staff are friendly and helpful, their displays are very useful to show product application and their website is basic but excellent - provides prices availability and pre-order and enough product info to take the guess-work out of eveything. Their range is a little limited in the fasteners and their operating hours are just a little outside those of other shops but these are small grips. Definitely recommend going here instead of builders/game/makro etc etc .

What a gem this shop is. It has everything for your DIY and Industrial needs in the way of accessories to complete your cabinetry and allied projects. They stock a large range of storage solutions for tidying up your wardrobes as well. From bedroom, kitchen to bath they have you covered. Prices are good and frankly I may ditch Builders Express on many of the stock items they carry as they are priced lower. Good lighting, nice easy layout, hidden gem.

The store is clean and tidy. More importantly, the staff are super helpful. A nice lady working at the till point ran a check for me for an item I wanted and found that there was just one left in the store. She then proceeded to go and hunt it down for me. How wonderful! Thanks for the great service I am a very happy customer and will continue to support this branch.

If you looking for odds n ends for building stuff at home then u'll probably get it here.but the store is situated in a very congested place. Parking is low to non existent. If you go there often then u'll end up doing up the front suspension on ur car. Until they decide to make proper parking I'd say park far n walk there.

Had excellent service ...The assistant that helped us was Clive, he ddnt know the answers to what we asked him but he made sure to ask another plumber who was customerr to gain clarity and better understanding. A must visit store for the do it yourself handyman from screws, shelf holders, wood n foam adhesives, steel handles, hinges, staples, steel legs, plastic butt's, bath rails, towel rail n holders, kitchen sinks and a lot lot more, ample parking at front of store. Store is cash only and do accept credit cards

Some places you only shop when there are specials. This place their every day prices are special and the quality is good. So when it comes to their discounted deals you almost become a compulsive buyer. So proceed with caution when you go to this store. L

Good reasonably priced items. Very clean and air conditioned store. Very helpful store assistant. Plenty of parking. Located in a very small but busy shipping mall. It would be very helpful if they had more helpful items and advice for weekend DIY.'ers

Out of stock of most items that are normally fast sellers....i.e......u mt. runners...500 and 450......also swivel plate 150.....i wish tha C E O could get intouch with me to also discuss sum other issues that i know is not up to standards.....tnks

Give us a very hard time to exchange a few items that was purchased at they store, because we misplaced the receipt, not considering how often we purchase items from them.
