One of the best Government Hospital in Lahore. Lahore General Hospital is a state of the art hospital located in the heart of Lahore. There are 52 panel doctors, all of whom are well trained and highly experienced. The foundation was laid down by her Excellency Begum Naheed Sikandar Mirza (W/O then Governor General of Pakistan His Excellency Maj Gen Iskander Mirza), on 27-02-1958. The first phase of the building was completed in late 1958. An opening ceremony was held on 30-09-1958 by her Excellency Begum Naheed Sikandar Mirza.

Extremely rude female doctors ..highly ill mannered , the doctor didn't listen to the patient in Labour pain and misbehaved with the patient .. Your doctors needs psychiatrist ... These doctors came from lower class so they don't know how to talk and lack of basic home training representing their uneducated mother's training .. Shame on you....! Give them basic training and arrange grooming classes , psychiatrist for your female doctors Shame on you ....

if patients require surgical treatment at general hospital, they must wait an extended period due to stuff is always sleeping or playing Candy crash or he,she need money. When their turn comes around, the patient has died, or their health has deteriorated. The hospital is free from government but its a big corruption company if you need to go general hospital you must arrange money or big reference other wise keep in mind your patient will die here

Lahore General Hospital is located at Camp Jail, Ferozpur Road, Near Ismail Nagar, Lahore. This hospital has in-patient and out-patient facilities. It offers emergency service, specialist OPDs, Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Gynae/obs, ENT and Eye, Peads, ICU, Neonatal ICU, Medical ICU and so on. Almost 100+ qualified consultants from all specialities and sub-specialists are available at Lahore General Hospital.

No doubt very talented and experienced staff but they not so welcoming and well behaved . They not even listen patient properly and prescribe. Emergency is very very messy no cleanliness at all and operation theatres as full of mess. But all medical checkups are free expect few are costly rather then that they offer free medicine as well which is best part.

Not good staff not not good behaviour of the security on gate 3 using bad words infrount of ladies treating patients like a dog hourly waiting in line no saport no help no care for the patients for MRI it's free in government hospitals from reception asking 3500 for MRI 3500 For MRI ENGACTION TOTAL 7000 RUPESS PAY token will b after 2 months

Lahore General Hospital is one of main govt sector hospitals in Lahore. I have many times experience to go to this place for treatment of different patients. I found it very good, staff is extremely helpful and professional in their skills. Cleanliness is also very good. Every department is working at its best.

Good hospital and Helpful staff with good service. If you do not get medicine from the hospital then you have a life pharmacy near the emergency gate or doctor PharmcyAnd at the same road all the laboratories are Shaukat Khanum Chughtai Lab and excel lab.

Shameful emergency who didn't attend patients and just provide few basic medicine and ask to come in next week due to opd hartal of doctors. I suggest to govt. Fire all the staff who go for a strike only for money and didn't deal even critical patients.

Just met with Professor Khalid Mehmood ( Neuro Surgeon), one of the worst personalities i have ever met. Humiliating patients and not giving them information about exact sickness and treatment. Not recommended for anyone

Employees are think they are paying money from their own pockets In the all government sectors and they treat like they are giving favor. PTI failed to bring Tabdeeli in Pakistan everything is same didn't change.

Doctors are honest and hardworking but the staff and security is a nightmare. They treat people worse than animals. This hospital needs restructuring in architectural plans.

It was a really really good experience at Gynaecology ward. No Operation charges, no Drip charges, No bed charges... Truly recommend you...

It is a good general public sector hospital but very rushy hospital. People all over the punjab visit this hospital for their treatments.

Cleanliness of Medicine Stores, Building, General Store, Chemical and instrument Store soroundings is unsatisfactory.

Most of the washrooms are not in useable condition and all the washroom areas facing poor cleanliness.
