i have walked inside at least 5 times and every time i have walked in they have never said hi or asked if i needed help with anything, the last time i went, i said hello how are you so that a conversation could happen because i wanted help with jeans, and the lady ignored me, it is the worst store in Craigieburn Central do not go there, a bunch of stuck up woman work at that place.

It seems only entitled d**kheads leave reviews... Happy shoppers just move on. Staff are always friendly and happy to help IF YOU ASK POLITELY. Like most retail. No, they don't always jump to 'help' (harass) you as soon as soon as you enter. I'd prefer that, honestly. Take it easy, Merry Christmas and happy New Year ya filthy animals. ✌️

Was greeted by the team at general pants co. In a very friendly manner. I was also helped to choose jeans that suited me as well as being helped in my indecisiveness by a worker named Zoe. They showed professionalism and a pinnacle in retail support. Will recommend shopping here to friends and family! Good job ladies!

Entered the store on 25/6 and this particular staff member was on his phone the whole time i was there, did not come up to ask if I needed help, honestly puts a sour taste in your mouth and makes you not want to spend money there. Lacking basic customer service, appalling.

This general pants store is good for it’s size in craigieburn. Slightly hard to find your size however. Customer service is exceptional when you need/ask help otherwise they let you be. Which I like in a shopping experience. Overall good

Zero customer service stood in the store looking at items for 5 minutes while the staff stood at the counter having a chat

The staff have no customer service skills, they don’t even look up from their phones to greet you or even smile at you.
