A shadow of it's old self,it's more or less not functioning as it used to be. Located at station Road,just before government house after the state judiciary High Court complex. It has multiple business on site and a micro finance bank right inside post office building itself. There was no light,so the place was dark at about 4pm. The staff seems quite cold and not too keen to attend to customers.It has a large compound but cars are not allowed in,therefore on street parking is the next option if you arrived in your private car. Public transport is the best option for coming here. Stamps, envelopes,private mail boxes typing places available here. Can't say the place is accessible to wheelchairs.

On-street parking available. Wheelchair accessible halls and post boxes. Other services such as internet, retail shops, and passport photographs are available.
