I had high hopes for this laundromat, at first glance the facility looks clean, however my clothing after being washed and dried all came out smelling like urine! There is something about the washers at this laundromat that I don't trust seeing that my clothing came out smelling worst then when the laundry was dirty and went in. Also, there is something fishy with this laundromat not being up to code seeing that they don't have handicapped parking, and don't even have signs posted about the law requiring people to be at least x amount of feet away from the entrance when smoking. I won't be returning to this laundromat.

Clothes smell fresh and clean . Excellent selection of small and large washing machines. Huge dryers, plenty of room. Looking at the machines it's clear they take care of them. My experience was 5 stars, sometimes people review with more negativity. Read negative reviews with a grain of salt. Chill vibes and respect was what I found. A wholesome spot to wash clothes, write, and vibe while getting stuff done. Genesee Coin Laundry is another great spot for the community. Thank you! Gotta keep fresh for Gracey❣️❣️

I have to say unless you're desperate and need a laundromat, you should wash at your home, apartment complex or hotel. These machines are expensive and they take forever to dry clothes. I use their washing machines only when I'm cleaning heavy items like small rugs, pillows, or heavy blankets. My clothes I'll wash at my house. The machines are expensive and you can easily spend over $10 in using the machines. I never see actual staff in the building but I guess maybe one could be there.

I came in late on a Tuesday about 8:30 pm. The woman working her was very helpful. She worked the entire time I was here about 2 and a half hours cleaning and sanitizing without stopping. Excellent employee. She kept everything spotless while I was here also cleaning up after those to lazy to clean or throw trash in the trash can. My regular machine broke . I definitely would cone here again.

Sign says open till 11pm, so I make a special trip. Get here at 950 with a small grocery bag of clothes, and they won't let me do my laundry, saying 5 minutes past last wash. The lady is smiling when she says it too... totally wasted 30 minutes of my time. HOURS SHOULD SAY CLOSED AT 10!!!! Worst customer service ever! Nasty service, nasty building!

I'm hesitant to add a review, because I don't want this place to get too popular. Yes, it's small, but it's clean and it still takes quarters. It's not crowded and it has everything you need to get your laundry clean and dry. The same machine on the same cycle costs $1.25 more at the laundromat by my house. I will be coming here in the future.

First time there and the place looks ok and the machines look clean. The only thing is that it seems a little more expensive than others, I would need to check a few more times to see if the effectiveness and cleanliness are worth it, but so far really good and the place is open till 11 pm so that's convenient.

Smaller "ADC " dryers only tumble dry. This is my second visit, I've used 4 of these dryers and they do not heat dry the clothes. There are no posted signs that say this. The larger "speed queen" dryers however do work fine. I would like my quarters back from both visits .

Love it here. Theirs a sprouts next door and a very descent bar next door as well. Gives us something to do while we wash. Not regularly packed, but can get busy. But it's a relaxed place. Everyone keeps to themselves.

EXPENSIVE!!! Small vertical washers 2.25 and 7 minutes dryers per 25 cents . One dollar for 2 denim pants and 5 shirts and they stay wet. The whashers and driers in the hotel are cheper
