There are a lot of Tax Preparers who pretend to help people, yet majority of the refund is going towards the fees and you don’t find out until you actually receive your refund. However, this is not the case with Genesis Financial Services. I was referred to Candace some years ago and haven’t left. I must admit, at times it is hard to get ahold of her, but it’s because she has so many clients that she has to tend to. We all know how clients get during Tax Season. She literally strives to help EVERYBODY. She’s very personable and informative. She updates you if she gets any notifications from the IRS pertaining to your case and she NEVER discusses anyone else’s business to another family. She has proven herself to be loyal and respects confidentiality. I will never stop using this company. If there are any concerns, she is open to discussing them. I love her!!! Real and available!

This was my first year filing with Candace NEVER AGAIN she came highly recommended but I filed over two months ago she doesn’t respond to my calls or my girlfriend calls. She doesn’t email back she isn’t giving any kind of update on when I’ll receive my tax check PLEASE BEWARE SHE is professional at all. Shame on you and your company
