Best mechanic I've ever been to. I was very nervous before I went to George's, but they immediately put me at ease. Karen was so nice and understanding, and even offered to shop around for a part when my repair came back more expensive than I expected it to be (which was still much cheaper than my previous mechanic.) Further, Karen literally showed me the broken part after the repair and showed me how it affected both my car and my driving compared to the newer part. I never once felt that I was at risk of being taken advantage of, or that I was being lied to. They were honest and transparent with me the entire time, and never pressured me into anything I did not want to do. I will be using George's German Auto Repair for a long time to come, and I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Absolutely phenomenal work and customer service! Friendly & professional, George and the guys in the shop clearly know their stuff. Not only did they replace my hood latch cable and brake master cylinder (which George showed me was leaking), but put my non-working driver-side door back together & got all the electrical working properly at no additional charge. My boyfriend took his BMW here to get the trunk opened and they helped with way more than that. They were able to fix the seats and at a later date they even added break fluid to his car when he took it back for a quick fix no charge! The service is amazing and thorough! I highly recommend this place before any other shops. The prices are honest and each and every mechanic is friendly and knows what they're talking about! George is very respectful and so refreshing to deal with when taking your car in to get serviced! I went in to replace the clutch on my audi A4 and they finnished within 2 days. His shop definitely has a good team that works together in a timely matter! He also gives a detailed explanation of the services that will be done and explains what's wrong with the parts he replaced. He also gives a detailed receipt at the end with a warranty on the receipt.

I have been here several times for my 9 year old VW. They have been great! They’re very friendly, especially Karen, and they take the time to explain everything to me. They are also very quick. Great shop in Reseda. Highly recommended. I was visiting from out of town and all of a sudden my check engine light along with a bunch of other lights popped up on my dash. They were able to take me in, diagnose the problem, order my part, and get my car fixed by the next day.
