Used to regularly come here to get my mom's healthcare needs. Some of them included : -milk powder from NFA Insullé (great for my mom who was diabetic + lactose intolerant). -DuoLeaf's PURO Probiotics to improve her diarrhea and UTI (overall very helpful for many gut issues) -Wide range of wound care/dressing supplies (sterilized and non sterilized all available) -Linola protective balm (the most effective for my mom's bedsore/blister prevention) -Nutriva throat spray (effectiveness: 2-3 days to get better) -Swissmed Bio-Rijuben (for gut health and promote wound healing) -various medications Do visit them if you have any health concerns☺️ As a loyal customer for more than two years, I assure you that they're trusted pharmacy. Called the pharmacist; inquiring on whether there is a specific dry cough syrup for my mom. The way the pharmacist was answering/handling my call was extremely disappointing, as if he would not care less of the inquiry. Or perhaps because I am a Malay customer; hence the need for a proper greeting or conversation or handling of customer is not required at all. I absolutely feel so disgusted if the latter was the reason my enquiry was treated. I absolutely feel that the pharmacy needs to send this type of staff to 1) Communication and how to greet your customer class and 2) How to treat your customers without bias; regardless their religion, race etc. It is such a shame that in 2023 people are STILL BEING TREATED and DISCRIMINATED DUE TO THEIR RACE! What a shame! I will definitely inform these to my family and friends! And yes, if you do not want to serve any Malay customers, you might want to close down your outlet in Seberang Jaya; as it is an area densely populated with Malays!

I have been using this pharmacy service since June this year. I can honestly say that they always gave excellent service – from carrying a wide range of brands, providing advice, excellent customer service and ease of parking. Unlike other chain pharmacies, they go out of their way to ensure we are getting the lowest cost option every time. In addition to their professionalism and attention to detail, they are always warm, friendly, and compassionate. I would recommend this branch of Georgetown Pharmacy to anyone who seeks healthcare products or medical supplies.

Excellent customer service. Went to get advise on dry eye condition. Was attended by the pharmacist with well knowledge and he explained patiently on how to manage the condition. He even introduce me to try on the supplement that help with it. The staff there were so friendly, greeting me from the moment i stepped in. Overall superb pharmacy experience and will definitely only come to this branch in future!! Highly recommended!! Keep it up
