"What a great Aquarium! We've been to several in the US, Tampa, Dubai, Dallas, Boston, and Denver, but this was the best of them all becuase of the 2 massive whale sharks!! a The floor plan is simple and provides fluid transitions to each section even when the place is packed (Black Friday)"

The Georgia Aquarium Gift Shop is a souvenir shop, filled with clothes, pins, plushies, snacks and other products to make your trip to the Georgia Aquarium memorable. I love the variety of marine and coral designs they had for items such as photo frames, shirts, and even had many kid-friendly toys and activities - great for the entire family. It was somewhat busy, early noon when we visited on a weekend. Regardless the store kept it's neatness and tidiness with employees constantly around to clean and organize the stuff. They are quick to help and greet customers, with a friendly smile and satisfactory customer service skills too. The shark plushies and penguin tote bag caught my eye in the shop. The only downside, is with it being located right inside the tourist attraction, many of these stuff are over-priced! I wouldn't get any more than 1 or 2 items for a keepsake. The line-up at the cashier was long as well. With the time-restraints that we were on, and with COVID regulations in place we could only do a quick browse through and left. Overall, this shop is a good stopover between or after you've finished your trip around the Georgia Aquarium.
What a great Aquarium! The fries in the cafe were terrible but that's knit-picking. Will return!
excellent stop when in Atlanta. Georgia is known to be a Coca-Cola country. I particularly enjoyed the tasting room. You get to taste different products that are only available in some continents. They have interactive games and film show. Purchased a citypass since it is much cheaper if you want to enjoy other attractions such as the zoo and the aquarium.
Lots of fun. Lots of people & awesome shows & animals to see. Wear good shoes & prepare to walk. Pack your patience over the weekend!! In between parking & the volume of crowds… the timeframe is extended. The Gift-shop is big & colorful. Bring spending money you will need it! The Dolphins show was Super Amazing!!! …
A lot of variety is available for giving gift. Part of sales goes to funding Georgia Aquarium. ( as I was told). So help non profit organization Georgia Aquarium by buying from gift shop. One full day is also insufficient to cover the Aquarium. So make a priority what to see thoroughly. Enjoy the good food here.
Pretty big gift shop. Plenty of goodies for everyone in the family. Toys, stuffed animals, books, pins, water bottles, pint/shot glasses, jewelry, and so much more. I liked the aquarium a lot and the gift shop was just as nice. I picked up a nice pint glass to add to my collection.
I bought a shark backpack from the gift shop and it broke after two months. Two emails later and two months after I sent my first email the gift shop continues to ignore me. Its phone also goes straight to voice mail. Next time I visit the aquarium I will be complaining in person
I've been visiting my son here in Georgia since last week. He treated me to a visit to the aquarium yesterday. The experience was amazing. I really loved the dolphin show. However, it's a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes. Go!!!
Best Aquarium trip ever. I have visited this place multiple times. Each visit aling with the tour are different. The touch tanks are a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to seeing hammerheads in the future Thanks.
Nice exhibits to see if there weren't SO Many people everywhere. Could hardly move. Need better system of people moving along. Frustrating for us and my kids that they couldn't see much. But what we did see was nice.
Other than the fact that they ran out of bags, by noon, the handled the long line of customers quickly and efficiently. The selection of items from stuffed animals to Tshirts to drink holders was outstanding!
Georgia Aquarium is a great place to be, I'll be visiting again when I'm back in Georgia. I spent the whole day at the Aquarium, there's so much different activities in this place.❤
It was awesome! The dolphin and sea lion shows were amazing. Staff is so friendly, and they have a variety of aquatic life
Great, however, a way to improve it would be to add more variety and and more check outs the line was super slow.
Looked it up online before my flight to the area. Decided to try it. Wrong decision. Lacked the hospitality, too.
Beautiful place. But I’ve learned how they’ve gotten their belugas and wow. What a shame.
Friendly staff. They have a lot of cute toys. I bought one for my nephew.
Busy place. Careful with kids! The check out lane may cost you. …
Such a fun family experience! Amazing exhibits and shows throughout!
