RUN! Get Movers has zero integrity and absolutely DESTROYED our belongings. Throughout the entire process, the customer service representatives (Sharoni), on site crew members, as well as company supervisors (Victor) intentionally misguide customers and then do not return calls/emails. A complete failure in customer support. The company was notified that there was a fight between the crew members at origin that resulted in our belongings being thrown from the truck in a dispute based on lack of loading experience. The crew arrived completely unprepared with limited packing supplies and asked the customers to supply packing wrap. Not to mention the cigarette burns in our couch cushions from the crew smoking in the truck. The crew mentioned the truck from not packed properly and that he would better wrap our belongings once unloaded at the warehouse so that they could be better protects while in storage; however, this never happened. Absolutely zero respect. Completely unprofessional. The crew leader as well as a company supervisor was made aware of the damages as they were inspected and unloaded from the truck at the destination. The crew was late. We were told that there was nothing Get Movers could do because the office was closed, but don’t worry since they have insurance, and to call customer service the following morning at 10AM for further instruction rather than directing us to the proper company protocols. Get Movers said we never notified the company of any damages, which ultimately resulted in our claim being denied. The allegation that we did not notify the company of damages is absolutely false as the mishandling, lack of care and respect for our belongings was acknowledged by customer service from the point of origin. This company is untrustworthy.

We used this company for our moving. Even though I mentioned that we have limited stuff, the truck was so huge, took the pedestrian pathway. After loading our stuff, they noticed the lift of the truck was broken and they couldn't close the door. They called for a mechanic and waited 4 hours for him to come and fix it!! I was in constant contact with their customer service since I booked the elevator at destination until 5pm and the truck got fixed at 5! We went through so much stress and anxiety. I asked customer service for their higher management contact info but she ignored my emails. So frustrating and they never even apologized for the inconvenience they caused us. They could send another truck or find a better solution. Finally at the destination, the building super held elevator abit longer for us and my husband had to carry stuff with movers to finish fast. I can't believe that we paid over 500$ and we had to carry stuff too! What's the point of getting movers?! When they want to get you as customer, they call and say, we do this and that, we disassemble, wrap, pack, unpack and assemble! But in reality they send you a broken down truck. Should not have a business if can't function properly.

They will take long to pack up your stuff chit chat and move slowly during the process we even had to help them move stuff out. They had no technique how to move bulky furniture out and gave up quickly like what I’m I suppose to do leave my bed frame behind? This company preaches professional movers but these guys are clueless and lazy. When we finally got to the new place it was almost 5 and that was their cut off time so they just started putting our stuff right there in the living area. Moving with Get Movers last month was an exceptional experience. I was pretty nervous and anxious about moving as I was moving alone and did not have anyone to help me. However, the staff at Get Movers made me feel like I was never alone during this whole process. They talked me and helped me through the move every step of the way. They handled all the scheduling of the moving, driving, and taking my furniture to and from my old place up to my new one.
