Please do not choose this moving service, they are not providing the service what they are charging for. I have not received my stuff its been a month now. We moved to Alberta from Toronto. They picked up our stuff on 7th October. Today it is 6th November. I still haven't received any updates on it. They only contact you when they want money, they keep calling you every hour for money. I have been calling them almost every other day. They have no updates. Operator does not want to transfer the call to higher authority. All they say is we will contact you back. But no one ever did in a month. First of all they lied to me during the contract they advised I had to pay them once my shipment is due for the delivery, but suddenly after 2 weeks I got a call from Troy Transportation their partner that my shipment is on HOLD because the payment is due. Get Movers did not contact me for anything during that. I paid $3000 to them. I was advised while booking that once they will pick up the shipment in couple of days they will contact me to provide the weight of it, no one contacted me. Their policy mentions that they need 3-21 business days. They do not value their customers, I have spent almost double to survive here in Alberta because of their false hope. Please don't trust them and don't waste your money. I tired by talking to customer service. I want to talk to the owner or any responsible person. I am planning to complaint to consumers and if needed I will go legal too. I would be reporting them to Business reporting agencies too. THIS COMPANY ONLY CAN MOVE OF COMPANIES ONLY NOT FOR THE HOUSEHOLD BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW THE WORTH OF IT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. NOW I DO NOT TRUST WHETHER I WILL BE RECEIVING MY STUFF SAFELY OR NOT. I AM CONCERNED. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR FALSE HOPES AND EXPLANATION. GUYS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE GUYS.

The crew only had 1 speed... slow. Took far too long to pack and unpack a limited amount of furniture for a short move. 2.5 hours extra due to the lack of professionalism. Told me there was no damage before everything was unpacked and took offence when I made a note before signing off on the move, I just wanted them gone. I will avoid them in the future. In response to your response... they are NOT terrific and their aim must have been off. If that was fast I'd hate to see slow. I did contact you and never heard back. Waste of my time. Avoid these scammers How much did you pay friends for the good reviews?!

Great experience! I messaged GetMovers earlier this week for a last minute move and they were able to squeeze me in to their schedule for this morning. I really like that these guys moved my stuff carefully since I have a lot of fragile collectibles, so i told them my main concern was unpacking broken pieces after paying an arm and a leg. They were understanding and took their time to make sure that fragile boxes were on top of heavier things and secure.

My sister and her hubby moved from Toronto to Nova Scotia. They hired Get Movers to move everything to the U Haul storage box they rented. Ahmetcan and Abbas were amazing! They were right on time as agreed. They were very efficient and quick! They also know how to take care of their furniture and delicate things. They’ve organized the Ubox so well. Had a great experience with this company. The movers got the move done very professionally in 3 hours. I was moving a one-bedroom and all my belongings arrived safely. They wrapped my desk and mattress for protection, and were careful when moving things down the flights of stairs. Would hire them again!
