I work at Omnicare Pharmacy in this same little area so I walk here pretty much on every sun, mon, and tues when I'm at work. It's like a 2 min walk are parking lots almost touch. I remember when they were talking about building this here no one was really excites because we already have Kroger and Shell gas stations across the street and was a little leery about the type of constant traffic a 24 hour convenience store would bring near a pharmacy (our pharmacy is NOT open to the public). It's actually a cool place though. The hot foods and soups are pretty good, although the salads and ready made foods in the cooler are something we stay away from, we've had on more than one occasion hair or mold in the prepacked foods. They have free air here for your tires, and the air machine that tells you when you are at the correct psi. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well. I will say some of the employees still need training on plenty of things having to do with your getgo card, especially when trying to use your points for gas or food. They also usually have cheaper gas than the Kroger and Shell across the street (I only use Kroger and Shell gas stations, so I get a little jealous when their gas is like 10-20 cents less lol). All in all a cool place to go for a quick bite or free air lol try their broccoli and cheddar soup or their ravioli bites!

So this genius Roy that you've got working at this location tonight needs training in not only how to function as a Getgo employee but also in Customer service. I went here tonight, 1030pm. I tried to make a cup of tea. None of the hot water spigots seems to be working. Our friend Roy who was behind the counter super concerned with whatever was going on on his phone refused to help me. He told me I'm not maintenance. How that's an answer for a customer when he refused to come out from behind the counter, refused to look at what I was talking about, and refused to help me and instead simply walked away. As a small business owner if this was my employee he would not have a job tomorrow. Not only will I not return here for anything inside your store I will also never come back here to get gas. I'll head to Speedway just down the road.

The diesel pumps are junk at this station. Takes an hour to get 30 gallons. It's 25 degrees and there pump is moving at about a gallon every 5 minutes. I'd leave and go somewhere else but I would lose my points I redeemed for cheaper fuel. Never had a problem anywhere else even at a lower temperature except this station.....update: 30 minutes later the pump did not shut off and diesel that's I was paying for was leaking on to the concrete. The guy next to me was having the same problem. Update: receipts not working and all pump sanitizer pumps they have are empty so you can't even sanitize your hands in this whole covid mess.

Just stopped into this location at 11pm. Had to use the restroom & found they were BOTH closed for cleaning. Upsetting because we had just left Meijer whose restrooms were closed for whatever reason. Yes I screamed because I really had to go. My husband & I got a drink we walked up to the cashier and advised her we are both veterans with the drinks. She acted like she didn't want to be there. Folks really shouldn't work in customer service if they hate it. We usually generally don't have underwhelming experiences at GetGo. This location needs improvement.

The service is really good here. Very neat and clean. Easy in and out. The representatives are helpful. Very modern gas pump. I buy gas there all the time, unless I'm too far away. If you have a GetGo loyalty card, you discounts on your gas and other purchases after you spend a certain amount of money; not sure how much though. It does appear to support contactless mobile payment, such as Android Pay, but so far couldn't use it. But otherwise very good place.

Always check your order from the cafe. One day sandwich didnt have all the toppings. Then the next day had those missing toppings, but now missing the toppings from the day before. Same sandwich, made 2 different ways in 2 days. I couldnt get it made one time the way I ordered off the kiosk and they were stocked on ingredients. Then another day forgot my fries because they were focused on the sandwich.

Normally very polite and kind however tonight Monday June 18th 2018 the lady working was very rude. My husband just got out of the hospital and went in to get a drink and because he said he had to run and get change on out of the car she threw her hands on the counter all huffy that's not acceptable. I work customer service and you don't treat customers like that period....

This is my favorite gas station I always stop here when I come to Avon and the service is always great friendly staff members. but when I stop by today I got take care of very rude lady her name is Becky is the name I saw in her name tag apparently she the manager of the store she was in bad mud giving me an attitude. I just hope no been served by her if I ever come back

Not satisfied at all. First time ordering from the hot food stand only by default because they took the hot chocolate machine down. Its going on 30 minutes for me to recieve a strawberry hot chocolate. When I couldve simply went to the self service machine. I'm not happy with how slow service is. The strawberry hot chocolate is disgusting.

Waited 25 mins for a drink to be made. Watched people whom ordered after me recieve their items. Even watch people who walked in long after I ordered get their stuff. Asked for a refund and it appears they haven't properly trained the cashiers to do it. Probably not a normal experience there, just my experience.

The staff is nice, but they constantly mess my orders up quite significantly, once didnt put any dressings, and last time completely forgot the patty. Seems to happen more this year than others. Had this, or an extreme wait time happen 3 times in a row. I try to give it a chance, but they keep forgetting things.

Just like it says get it and go, the cashiers are ready to serve you, I like the coffee creamers, how they stay in the container they came in and you don't have to worry about creamer going all over the place, sandwiches are delicious, homemade cookies are cool too!

Will not microwave food for a customer, even after making purchases. Also restrooms are absolutely disgusting. I used to frequent this place 6 months or so ago, staff was a lot more friendly and facilities were much better cared for then. It’s a no for me now

The short lady in the morning who tells everyone good morning is the reason I come to this get go almost every morning. She is so sweet and so kind. Her name is Tatiana. Give that girl a raise because she goes above and beyond for this company.

This is the worst gas station I've ever been to. It smells the customer service is horrible. The people that make your food aren't even trained and it always comes out cold or wrong. Please people go anywhere else this place sucks.

It says they are open 24 hours but I work near there and I usually stop in to get snacks for work and there are days that they close at 10 o’clock at night and they don’t open till like 9 o’clock in the morning

I didn’t use all my gas on the pump and the cashier heather s refused to give me back my change i am highly upset and yes it was only a few bucks but with the virus goin on right now i needed my change back !!!

The staff is so friendly and quick to serve. The food is so delicious and when you use your Getgo rewards card, you get a percentage off of gas and groceries. I've had up to 60 cents off per gallon before.

Times are rough for these low paying jobs. Can't get half way smart people to work. This will be the last time I go inside this location since the staff here continues to get worse.

Probably the cheapest gas in the city. The inside of the station is always very clean, quick and nice selection of food, coffee and coffee creamers. I only go to this place anymore.

Great gas and gas discount. Good coffee. good cookies. The inside food market staff didn't welcome me when I was standing there. Both employees walked right by me. So I left.

Lots of pumps, clean facilities, huge food, coffee and breakfast options. Their rewards program is very good too. I basically stopped using other gas stations if I could.

I always get my gas here. Plus if you have a getgo card you get discounts off your gas and could very well get free gas. Plus i love the $0.99 any size drink fountain.

Used to get 44oz. drinks from here. Now they only have 32oz. foam cups and the lid let's the drink spill. Cashier said this was a permanent change so I won't be back.

I love the food, the sandwiches are really good and a good value, much better than Subway. The only thing that would make it better is if they had ethanol free fuel.

Lots of coffee options though when they are running low in the evening they do not replenish. The PNC banking machine is nice too... no surcharge for withdraws.
