I had an old water valve that was leaking and I wanted to change the cartridge but didn’t know which one to get. I contacted Giant and they not only got me the proper cartridge but went above and beyond in ensuring that I was taken care of. Excellent company to deal with.

It's great being able to see the exact item I want, how many are in stock and then indicate how many I need. I usually pick the items up and the guys are great at updating the order should I think of something else on my way. Now that's express shopping!
