THE TRUTH ABOUT GILL TRAVEL Vikrim, stole my money after promising a full refund on tickets due to covid rules. That money would have went towards a medical procedure my puppy desperately needed for his ailment called Ligma. Unfortunately, because I lost my job due to covid the refund would have mustered up enough money to save my beautiful baby girl Candice a 6 month old Shitsu from the horrible disease that Ligma is. They don't answer my phone calls and I don't know what to do. I cannot do anything after the loss of poor Candice. I strongly suggest not go here because they don't care about you. All their reviews are fake AND I have seen first hand how they treat people. Please don't go through what I had to, save your self the trouble so you can save your loved ones Vikrim and associates don't value the worth of a precious life. RIP CANDICE

We have been using the services of Gill International, Edmonton for the last 10 +years. We have always gotten the best deals . Last year we travelled to India in March 2020 on Emirates flight. After 10 days of our arrival, Covid 19 kicked in and we were under pressure from all corners to return back to Canada ASAP. I contacted Vikram requesting him to get me a direct flight to Canada. He was able to arrange Air Canada flight (Delhi-Toronto) with in 4 hrs, and brought me to Canada, although it was an expensive flight but he did what he was asked. Last week he was able to get me a refund of the unused ticket (Delhi to Edmonton) from Emirates that he persisted over a year. What more could I ask for. He has done things putting the customer satisfaction first . His intentions and efforts are in the direction of happy customer.

Im resending this review as it didnt go through the first time for some strange reason. We booked our tickets through Vikram to go to India and the customer service he has provided to us has been excellent. We had a major problem in Delhi airport because I needed a shengen visa to travel back and when I called Vikram from Delhi, he dropped everything and took care of our situation and made sure that everything was fixed and that we were able to fly back to Canada as a family. We will sure be using him again for our future trips. Some people in their reviews said they have been going to Vikram for their tickets since 10 years...With the service that Vikram provides, I wouldn't doubt that review. Vikram and his incompetent band of bandits have the audacity to steal from people during the worst economic and financial crisis the world has seen in modern history. They have stolen 1400 dollars or more from many people and have stopped answering all phone calls or emails. Don't ever go here because to them you are just a target of their scam. Many have made reports to the Better Business Bureau and The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. Do the same if these bandits have taken advantage of you.

Vikram is a thief. Told us the airline charges a $200 per ticket fee for cancellation of my parents flights due to the pandemic. Upon talking to the airline company and other travel agents this is completely false. Don't even bother with these guys, they take your money and then act like they're doing you a favor, completely rude and hard to get a hold of. Don't let these frauds take your money. I understand everyone is going through a tough time with the pandemic, but that doesn't give him the right to rip people off. Would give them 0 stars if possible.

I have been associated with Vikram and Geetika for the past many years. I have always had a wonderful experience dealing with them. Never ever have I had any kind of problem. They are always available to help you and provide the best possible solution. They go out of their way to help you. Recently, I and my family were struck in Delhi due to the restricted travel provisions due to Covid. They were constantly in touch with me, and catered to my requirements in a highly satisfying way. This is first time ever happens that I feel like Gill International Travel really cares for their customers like their own Family. I am visiting Panjab at this time and face an injury. Gill international does it again!! They’re so good I had to write a second review!!, Vikram was amazing, I was currently dealing with Expedia( longest wait time ever!!!) I called up Vikram picked up right away, and gave me what my options were. The options were way better then any other traveling site, saved me money and time. Used their services for the first time and they really disappointed us. Return flight had 12 hours layover at Montreal. Talked to Vikram if he could do something to reduce the wait. He booked a different route without any conversation with us. Now, the total wait was 13 hours and we were reaching our destination 1.5 hours late. Not using them again.

Not happy at all I booked business class tickets on September it was Qatar airlines Edmonton Montreal then Amritsar when I reached to Montreal they said I cannot go to the lounge because my travel agent gave me some promotional ticket or so I pay extra 55$ to go to lounge this not right at all so disappointed ☹️ not recommended …

Great Customer Service. We had 7 tickets through South Korea. Vikram on his behalf contacted Airline and changed all my tickets at free of cost to KLM Airline. Such an outstanding effort. Great Guy to deal with. He cares for you. I will recommend GILL travel. Good job.
