After lots of careful research on where to get natural brows done in San Diego, I found Ruby through an ad on Instagram. I liked that her work looked very natural and clean without being too harsh like I've seen from other places. Ruby does amazing work, and she is super sweet! I got the nano strokes service. She maps out your brows first and makes sure you're satisfied with the shape. During the actual procedure, she's very gentle - there was no discomfort for me at all. It just feels like a pen scratching your eyebrows. My brows healed for the next few days and then 2 weeks later, I came back in for my touch up (cost is built in to the first session so I didn't have to pay twice). Her salon is also located in a plaza with plenty of open parking which was great. Overall a very pleasant experience and I love that my brows look natural!

Write this review for my wife after her appointment at Ruby Luu Lash and Brows. Ruby’s very professional and super friendly. She gave me some advices for my brows and do the correction the old color on my brows. After she did the consultation on my brows and my lips. I booked my appointments for 2 services right away, my brows will need to take some times for the corrections color and old shape. I can’t wait for result, but after the first session color already look better. When she was doing my tint lips, all I fell is the vibrating of the needle on my lips. It’s not hurt at all and it healed within 3 days. My lips color already look natural pink, not dark like before. Can’t wait to see her for the next sessions treatment on my brows and more color on my lips.

I had an AMAZING experience when going to Ruby for micro blading. First of all she was extremely professional, you can tell by how extremely clean and well sanitized her room & equipment were. She was also very kind and gentle, taking me through each step and taking the time to make sure each little detail was just right. It was painless and I'm very happy with the results. Getting a lot of compliments from my friends on how beautiful & natural it looks. Many of them will go to see & have appointments with her already. I later found out that Ruby is a Master Instructor in this field and has trained hundreds of students over the years!!! Wow it's like playing golf with some guy who seemed REALLY good for some reason and then later finding out his name is "Tiger"

Ruby is a real artist. I found her on IG and her result look very natural. She is very detailed oriented and welcoming feedback. She wants her clients to be happy and she exceed my expectation. I started out wanted just my brows done. Once she finished I asked her to fix my eyeliners and do my libs. Everything was fantastic. She is a perfectionist and really took her time. She is attentive and listen to your wants, needs and concerns. I am loving getting out of shower looking fresh. Going to bed looking fresh and waking up looking fresh. No more rushing in the morning to put my face together. It’s one of the best investment. All my friends are interested to do it now as they saw my result.

Rosa is very friendly, attentive and very gently. I got the tintlips service done and it was no numb but no paint at all. All I felt just a vibration of the needle in my lips. I was worry my lips would swollen after the procedure but it wasn’t. I actually cần came back to work right after my lips done. Just like I have the lipstick on on that day. 2 days after, my lips got heal and start peel and after one week, My lips came out very natural pink, more moisturizer and I don’t have to worry my lips look white after I eat…. I can’t wait for my eyeliner appointment with Rosa on next months. Highly recommend her

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! Horrible! My brows look the same after as when I came in. They left hairs everywhere! Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Then they emailed me and harassed me after I posted a Yelp review about their terrible service!!! They are trying to say they didn't do this horrible service. She definitely took care of me! I a had previous microblading done over 3 years ago and it left some scarring and red tint ! But Ruby fixed all of that! I'm on my Day 3 now of healing and best decision ever! I recommended her to my family and peers as soon as I they saw my brows they booked with her in an instant!!

BAD!! This business is very unprofessional. It is a “hole in the wall” and they do not do a good service and they are very UNSANITARY!I brought my wife here and they did terrible brows. We should have left as soon as we walked in and there was hardly any room and saw the conditions of the suite. They are inside the Phoenix building which is fine but their suite is as small as a bathroom area. That would be tolerable… maybe.. if the service was good. But it is terrible!

Amazing and natural looking lashes! This is my first time getting lash extension and I was nervous as first but Tiffany was amazing in walking me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. I have monolids and wasn't sure how it will turned out, but she assured me it wasn't a problem and it turned out looking so natural! I seldom write reviews, but in this case I feel I must! Ruby listens carefully to what you you are looking for in the nano-blading. She will measure your brows from your forehead down and to the side of your temples. She will design these and then will show you before starting. She is so meticulous and caring.
