Sandra and Charl are some of the best physiotherapists I’ve had. Sandra really helped me get back to work and made sure I was cared for every step of the way, Charl really helped me by pushing me further (comfortably) and getting me past previous goals I had set. Both of them are fantastic and truly felt like I had made friends, super easy to talk to and they’re always willing to push you where they believe you will get to, they will always have your back. Nothing but 5 stars for the both of them, wish them the best ! If you get the chance, see if you can have either of them as your physiotherapists, they’re great

I have utilised Glenhaven Physiotherapy many times for my knees amongst other issues. I was due for total knee replacements several years ago, but was considered too young. Sandra - the owner and Stacey, are both trained sports physiotherapists and have kept me walking and potentially stopped the need for surgery with their proactive treatments. As a matter of fact, I have personally found all of sandra’s staff are absolutely wonderful and will attempt to do their best to help and accomodate your physical ailments. I highly recommend these wonderful people, they care what happens to their patients and are always helpful.

I attended Glenhaven physio as I twisted my left knee while playing tennis. Kat was my core physio and I'm impressed with his care and I returned for a few more treatments and was delighted to say the pain eased as per his diagnosis. During this time I saw Charl once as Kat was not available. I am impressed with Charl's treatment as he knows exactly what my problems were and I don't feel he was covering for his colleague. Both Kat and Charl have given good advice / exercises to get me through my injury. Recovered in the time they both said I would. Highly recommend

I highly recommend the services of Glenhaven Physio. The team led by Sandra are professional and caring and have the patient's best interest as their priority. I presented for treatment late February with severe lower back pain after aggravating a previous injury - I could hardly walk or sit down. Over a period of 4 weeks, I was treated by both Sandra and Kaustubh and was able to comfortably get back to attending work full time and most importantly, participate at my son's wedding without any issue.

I have now been going to Glenhaven Physiotherapy Centre since I broke my back a few years ago, not only did they get me through that very hard time but whenever I have any issues with my back not just due to my injury they turn my situation around completely and get me up and going again, and they always give me exercises and strategies to keep me on the right track. I have seen most of the physiotherapist at the Centre and I highly recommend them all.

After tearing my acl ligament, my knee required extensive physiotherapy. I am currently two months into therapy post op and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff who have gone to great lengths to get my knee back and better. I still have a long way to go and consider myself lucky to have both Richie and Sandra helping me a long the way. I would highly recommend glenhaven physio, it’s like a second home :)

Glenhaven Physio is great. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, always up for a chat. Sandra is the best physio, she’s helped me so much in the past year that I’ve been going there. Its sort of sad now that I don’t need to go very often, except for occasional maintenance visits but that’s sort of the aim I guess. Would recommend Glenhaven Physio to any friends or family or anyone who needed a physio.

She has been treating me for the last couple of weeks for a chronic back and hip problem and the treatment has been exceptional. One of the best Physiotherapists I have been to in Sydney. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgable. I had a very severe sport injury from a bad tackle in soccer and wasnt able to walk properly for months, but after a few sessions here my quality of life improved immensely! I go back every and now and then for regular check ins as the service I recieved was amazing.

I have found the team at this centre to be exceptional. Stacey has been my main therapist. She has great technique. She has assisted me with my neck and back pain after a work injury. They are a very warm and caring team to have looking after you. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the company to anyone who is need of a physiotherapist.

I attended Glenhaven physio as I was in so much pain with Plantar Fasciitis. I asked could they strap my ankle I was so impressed with Sandra’s care I returned for treatment and was delighted to say the pain eased and with her guidance has not returned I would highly recommend Sandra and the practice.
