On the 1st of July 2016 a lady ran a red light and hit us and instead of doing the right thing and pulling over she took off almost running the guy that was behind us off the road . The police were called right after it happened we gave them the information of a witness that seen it happen and also the women's registration . We have called and were told that she lived in kingston and the officer was waiting for the Kingston police to get back to him . After many of calls and none of our calls being returned nothing has been done still it has been over 2 months now and still waiting . Our car that was only serviced pit passed and registered 2 hours before she hit us and now we are left with out a car . I will be putting in a complaint to the Ombudsman and will also be making calls to the commissioner of police until this matter is resolved and this women is charged and our car fixed

Came very quickly after I reported next door neighbours car with 2 open doors for 2 hours. I could get no response to my knocking - but the Police did. Thanks you
