The best doctors in Calgary if you're lucky enough to be a patient. Dr. Sheik & Dr Naidu. My husband sees Dr Naidu & I see Dr. Sheik. The best doctors we've ever seen in our lives. They really care about their patients and really give the best care to us. These are the doctors we only trust & want to see. We don't even trust the doctors at the hospital since they all give different diagnosis meanwhile they look at the same charts. They also took my son as a patient when he was looking for a doctor. They made an exception because he was family. Also next door is shoppers drug Mart very convenient to get your medication filled or anything you might need. Furthermore, if you have to wait before or after appointment there's Tim Hortons to get a coffee. We are always seen quite quickly & never have to wait long. Easily able to book appointments with our doctors with no problems. Dr. Naidu Even took the time to talk to my husband on the phone. when he had concerns. Dr. Naidu even spoke to me to give me reinsurance & he went above & beyond. what a regular doctor does because he cares about his patients. Thank you to the both of you. Angela & Robert Conner.

I'm sure Dr Naidu is a decent family doctor, and I understand that mental illness is a new concept to majority of doctors but I have NEVER felt more embarrassed and more alone in my mental illness battle than when I came to Dr. Naidu. It takes a lot of courage for someone with a mental illness to ask for help, but to be so completely mistreated by the doctor, who wouldn't even ASK me about my med history, or how long I've had it or even tried to access me himself to write me a prescription. Prescriptions for mental illnesses are not a recreational drug nor can you become addicted to them! He made me feel like I was wasting his time and he just wanted me out of there when I was asking for his help. Dr Naidu I'm sure knows what he is doing family wise, but anyone with a mental illness I do not recommend going to him!!!! He is insensitive and ignorant to it and there are many other doctors out there. I wish there as a post like this so no one ever has to go through what I went through.

I was referring to this Clinic omg the worst in the world the waiting room stink and my appointments was at 3pm i waited till 4:45 pm and i asked the front desk it was pass my appointment this Asian chicks comes at me like a mad dog barking as if she hold up master or a phd super rude ....and the girls at the front so stupid and they dress as if they are the host from wal mark super un professional and the chair in the waiting room are all ripped old drity very drity Clinic i asked that its way pass my appointment the Asian chick run from the back to the front at attack me and yelled at me and i formed me that there is still more patient head of me so i just left . I would never ever go in to this place it smell so bad and the people that came call your name to take you in dress like hobos omg unprofessional disgusting to the aisan old ninja barking lady take it easy we. Came there to see a doctor not your botox face lifted up . Shame.

Reception here is AWFUL. I took time off work today for an appointment, and I called at 9:00am to make sure my appointment was at 9:30am. Reception confirmed this was correct. I arrived and got checked in for my appointment, 10 minutes later reception walks over and tells me they called to reschedule two weeks ago. I received NO CALL OR VOICEMAIL. I've been going here to see my doctor for over 6 years and reception is so incompetent every single time. They spelled my name incorrectly, called me Alicia, and said a random phone number which was not mine when confirming my information. None of my information has changed in 6 years, there shouldn't be any issues contacting me. Especially when I called this morning to confirm - and they said it was correct? This appointment was extremely important and now it's been pushed to another two weeks from now.

In Calgary it is Often hard to find a doctor who does not have a very strong accent. This sounds prejudiced but with all of the wrong prescriptions being written, asking for a doctor who speaks English first is not unreasonable. ALL the doctors there are extremely friendly, and they like to keep wait times down. There is a shoppers drugstore attached and a Tim Hortons while you wait. It is easily accessible to C-Train and bus from downtown. The waiting room is always super clean and the T.V.s are placed perfectly so everyone can watch. Only complaint is that their "Callback" records seem to be very lacking. I received no notification that my test results where is as promised, and i continue to receive them monthly now. Despite informing them that while waiting, i had moved to a different city.

Worst walk in I have ever been to in Calgary. My sister and I waited patiently for her name to be called, saw others that came in after us get called into room, I spoke to one of the front staff and was told I would be called soon. I waited another 30 minutes to and asked another staff who had no clue what she was doing. They avoided my question of why people that came later than us were seen first! Never apologized or admitted that they screwed up. On top of that they are rude and abrupt. Also a big turnoff is that all of their doctors are low quality. The kind that’s quick to write a prescription and don’t bother to do a proper assessment, avoid this clinic, there are other better clinics in the area.

I was excited after moving to find a family doctor so close by accepting. I originally went in for trouble breathing but also got a referral for mental health. A few days later i got a call that i was being dropped because they didn't have experience with mental illness. It wasn't just upsetting but i also had to scramble last min to find a new gp because a referral i had required you to have a gp. It's already difficult enough to reach out for mental health without having to worry about these things. Plus having a physical issue you need help with that you're being turned away because of mental health. I've had zero issue with my new doctor and got the referrals i needed.

I've been a patient for years but lately the front desk staff have been terrible. They keep scheduling appointments and calling the day before to advise that the doctor isn't working that day. If you ask to see another doctor because you've already changed your schedule they yell at you. I was scheduled to remove stitches and they called less than 24 hours before to say the doctor wasn't working and wanted me to wait another 10 days. Recently it happened again where I was called to say the doctor wasn't working on the day they scheduled me and I booked months in advance. It feels horrible being a patient here.

I am so blessed to have Dr. Sheik as my GP! I have been seeing her since I moved to Alberta, 5 years ago. She has helped me through so much in just a short time and never makes me feel like my concerns aren't valid or being heard. She is always attentive and has genuine compassion for her patients and what they are struggling with. ❤️ Not to mention, she's a genius! I have definitely thrown some challenges her way and she never ceases to amaze me! I have never had a bad experience at Glenwood Medical. Would definitely recommend...and have!

I see Dr wong here and I've never had a bad experience! She listens to what you have to say and is very kind! I had a full physical booked one day, and I got bad news about my little brother about 20mins before my appointment. News that he has a bad heart condition! Dr. Wong talked to me about the heart condition and really informed me fully about what it was. She then got me referrals to ultrasound my own heart. The condition my brother has is hereditary, so she wanted to make sure I was okay! Overall, I do enjoy have Dr. Wong as my doctor!

If you want to see the most unfriendly doctor in the world, go see Dr. Rizwan. She is very rude and horrible to an immigrant whose English skills are not good. Her pronunciation is so terrible that it's hard to understand and so fast that I can't understand it. Even if I asked her to speak slowly, she didn't. She has no regard for immigrants. Evenhough she is an immigrant, too. I don't think Dr. Rizwan is qualified to be a doctor.

Dr Sheik really makes "going to the doctor" a breeze. Highly recommended to me by my Fiancé. Very easy to talk to, always very happy and bubbly which helps lift my spirits when i'm there just with her fun, happy aura. Always a pleasant experience with Dr Sheik. I'm really happy she has accepted me as her patient to finally have a great family doctor for both my Fiancé and I and our future family one day.

I've been going to this clinic since 2010 and can't say enough good things about it. I've since moved away from the area but drive 20 minutes to still go see Dr. Natalie Sin Yan Too. She has been the best doctor I've ever had. When she was on leave, her locum Dr. Fang, was fantastic as well. The front staff are always very friendly. The clinic is always on time. I highly recommend it!

Dr Sheik was suggested to me by a friend, after I experienced troubles with another clinic. Immediately I liked her. Eye contact, positive attitude and clear communication. We all just want to be treated like a human, right? Dr. Sheik has always made me feel like she was happy I came in. Thanks for being good with the phone call appointments!

Had a problem with a skin condition and never once did they spend more than 10 min examining it and never actually tested it. 1 year later have tried 3 different treatments none of which worked. Not Impressed with the inability to find a cause for something that I can’t imagine being very hard to diagnose.

Doors are open on Sat, and the sign outside says Walk-In Clinic. So imagine my surprise when the receptionist says that they don’t accept walk-in patients on a Sat. Not the first time I’ve been sent away either. Save your time and go over to Westbrook. Never been turned away, always a Dr available.

Dr.Naidu and the rest of the Dr's at this clinic are amazing. They are always there when I need them and can get my family in on short notice. I have been recommending this clinic since I moved here 3 years ago. The only way I would leave this clinic is if I moved out of Calgary. Kudos to them.

I never have to wait long to get in to see Dr. Sin Yan Too. She is an AMAZING doctor and I feel so lucky that I was able to get added to her patients list when I first moved to Calgary. Finding a new physician can be so difficult. The whole clinic is a great facility.

Called and they told me a doctor was in until 4pm and I get there, in need of help and they said the doctor left at 3:30. Gave me suggestions of walk ins close by and I called the ones they gave me and none of them are actually even walk in clinics.

Dr. Sheik has been my Dr. For five years. I've had a lot of different medical challenges including stage 4 cancer. She has been the best family Dr. I have ever had!! At 65 years old that is saying something. Thankyou Dr Sheik!! You are awesome!!!

I have been seeing Dr wong for a long time now and she is an excellent Dr. She really cares about her patients and always has the best interest at heart. It's hard to find a Dr this good. She's very accommodating and has excellent communication.

Never a long wait. Sometimes I’m in and out within 15 minutes so not sure what others are complaining about. The staff are also friendly and efficient. By no means lazy! Glenwood medical Center is easily my favourite clinic to go to!

Just stay away. I should have read the reviews. Staff and doctors alike are very unprofessional and not thorough at all. Now my health is at risk and have a doctor that could not even do his research to stay current. Just stay away.

Sara Rizwan is terrible!!! I think she doesn't have qualification of doctor!!! I have doubts about whether what she is real doctor!!! She was too rude and ignored my condition. I will never recommand her. I hope you don't meet her!

I was there at 4pm as a walk in on a Friday They said come back on Monday There's absolutely no patients in the waiting room and the open till 430pm They say they stopped looking at walk ins at 2pm! What a fuken losers !!!???

Dr Naidu is the best doctor I have ever had. He is knowledgeable , caring and capable of explaining things with drawings! He has never let me down and has always been there for our family. Just a Great doctor!

Dr. Sheik is a wonderful doctor. She really cares and never dismisses any of my wife's concerns. She is also our son's doctor and always makes him feel comfortable. We really appreciate Dr. Sheik.

Called in here and they said bring your child right in. Waited 45 mins. The front desk girl is hands down the rudest Front desk person I have ever met at a Doctor office. Doctor was fine.
