had my car in for the tyres sorting today, needless to say, I was more than happy with the excellent service that I was given! Having only booked the tyre fitting just yesterday, I had 4 genuine (German production) Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres fitted on my car, balanced and all for the price I'd been quoted elswhere for mere budget brand garbage! They also indicated that I had a slightly bent alloy wheel and said that they had balanced it up and repositioned it to the back of my car. Not only has this tyre change altered the feel of my car so significantly (for the better, that is!) but they evsn did an excellent job cleaning it for me too!! Again, I am more than happy and would reccommend this place above literally anywhere else I've ever been! Kudos, Global!!

Had a clutch and flywheel fitted and tracking done. Work was done well and the tracking actually feels good now,after several visits elsewhere .however they broke/lost my locking nut for wheel and wanted to bring to my attention that it was "missing "(was there when I parked up at gac) Also told me I had wrong nuts on driveshfts-i had the ones that came with the driveshafts on,so they are right and known right. Good for doing what was asked ,however the £fishing for additional work and wasn't me guv attitude to loosing/braking something rather than fessing up leaves a bad taste.

As a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars I can not begin to say how pleased I was from my initial phone call with Marie to Stephen explaining everything to me in layman's terms and showing me the defective parts that had been replaced. To be honest my initial feeling on entering the premises was that I was out of my depth here, but how wrong I was. I will definitely recommend Global to all my family and friends and will be returning my car for its Service, MOT and any other repairs that may need doing. Thank you guys. Richard Burke

Recently bought a car that global owned which they traded in at another manufacturs main dealer. Global had not bothered to ensure it was serviced while under there ownership. So its 1st service was done 5 months and 3000 miles late by the dealer that bought it off them. Beware if you buy one of the ex cars, they neglect them.

Worst customer agents ever, unprofessional, not very helpful. Like to give a lot of attitude out, but don't like it when one stands up for themselves. They always say the truth hurts!
