I have been a customer for over 6 years. From day one this has been a horrible company. If I wasn’t so busy I would have moved my items out year one, however I continued. Issue 1 units are always full of dirt Issue 2 units have dead and live mice that leave droppings on and in your stuff Issue 3 general manager is rude and claims to own the facility Issue 4 they are never willing to work with you on fees Issue 5 they refused to take my final payment and close out my contract Last month, I had some fraud on my account and was waiting on a new debit card. I shared this with them and asked if they can take payment once I received the new card. They said no problem, what they didn’t tell me was they will charge me a late fee of $25.00. I tried over and over to get this fee waived, they refused. When I asked to talk to the GM the counter guy stated he was the GM ? When I asked who the owner was, this same GM is also supposedly the owner. I had no luck contacting the owner. I understand policy, but I also understand customer service. This company lacks every quality you would expect of a company. Icing on the cake is they are charging me for an extra month. After going back and forth they refused to take my payment over the phone and forcing me to come in face to face because he didn’t like the way I was speaking to him. I guess they want to get physical with me?!!!

Got called by Global Storage on Bridge today. Multiple units broken into. A man there says his entire storage unit was drained and another woman said this is the second time hers has been broken in to. And there was a third guy who also said his storage unit has been broken into twice already. When I tried to speak to the manager, Josue, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I dont know what to tell you". Despite being one of the more expensive storages in the area they are extremely rude, unprofessional, and could not care less about your stuff. After so many break ins they don't even care to try to figure out why it is happening so easily or often or what they can do to prevent it. Don't waste your money!!!

Es el peor lugar donde puedas tener tus cosas , quebraron mi candado y robaron muchas cosas y el encargado es de lo más déspota no me solucionaron nada hablaron a la policía "según ellos" pero sin estar yo presente cuando yo llegue la policía ya se había ido y muy cínicamente me dicen aquí seguido roban enserio? Si me hubieran dicho eso al firmar el contrato no lo hubiera echo, y aparte de todo no querían darme el video de las cámaras y lo que pude agarrar del video no se miraba nada y según debe de ser un lugar seguro y con cámaras en todo su establecimiento por eso paga uno, pero si pudiera les daba -0.

The staff members are very kind friendly and knowledgeable. They offered to stay a moment later for a time when I wasn't going to be able to make it during the time frame I was going to be given and that to me is very appreciated because everyone has a home life to go to after a work day. Another thing is they speak to you with,I'll call it respect ,no matter your age or anything like that. The older lady who took care of my move out I wish I knew member her name she is a good luck charm couldn't thank her enough for her concern and attentiveness.

I would rate zero if it would let me. My storage was broken into mid-june , i paid my bill and july rent in advance..I was not notified i called them after i went there and noticed my lock was not on the unit. I requested a different unit(ouside) they declined to accomodate.. i imformed them i would be moving and left their lock on the unit giving me 1 day to move In addition to that they would not refund my july rent payment..

Josue was very rude after my husband asked what the fees where for since on their website it states nothing about the fees... He told my husband he could refuse service to anyone and took the application back... He was arguing with my husband saying all storages charge a non refundable fee which is not true, we ended up getting route 66 and they didn't charge the 20 fee or the 8 monthly fee on top of the regular monthly fee

The guy who is the asst manager is a really petty, uncooperative and difficult. i had my stuff stored there for over 3 years and never was late on a payment. Then an error in my direct deposit caused me to be late, and they tripled my storage unit payment for that month. Every interaction with this guy was difficult. Upper management removed the late charges and penalties for the one month i was late.

My mothers storage unit just got broken into yesterday. I called the GM Josue today. I asked where is the video surveillance and he informed me "the wires were cut". My mom took pics and all visible wires are still intact. He had no empathy. He said they probably "jumped the fence". So people your stuff is not safe nor secure!! His only defense is "she should have used one of our locks". Wow..

I left. The guy hardly spoke english and not because of the bi-lingual issue, because thats very common here. He spoke very rude and sloppy and didnt care to rent me a storage. So I went to the global storage on coors nw.

I didn't rent from this location but worked on the property and can say it's well maintained. The staff is friendly and easily seen from Coors and Bridge Blvd.

This place is the worst. Your storage unit will get broken into every month and they do nothing about it. Do not rent from this place, you will have problems.

My unit was broken into from a side unit. Everything of value the could carry was taken. I got no help from the storage facility. High crime

Spacious storage units w/variety of sizes. VERY pricey. Pleasant, helpful staff. Rodent problem.

Someone broke in on my unit and stole tools and rims and nobody can't tell me how that happens
