This is a common shoe store where we visit whenever we are at Dufferin mall. This time we went to pickup an online order. This is a convenient way to pickup shoes online if it is below $80 free of cost. The staff was super helpful and she took hardly three minutes to get my order. She recommended to try the pair to make sure if it fits and offered me a free bag as well. The store has a huge collation of shoes. Aldo group is one of my favourite shoe company because of price, quality and environment sustainability. usually I visit Call It Spring to buy men's shoes but now I find Globo has better collection. Worth to visit.

Have some really nice shoes right now, however I do find that most of the really good brands are not on sale or the discount is very low when compared to other shoe stores. Which made me not buy anything even though I was looking for winter boots. If you don't mind paying full price for shoes then I highly recommend that you check them out. They do have a sale section but most styles that I like are the last pair and not my size. Maybe you will have more luck finding you size in the sale section so take a look.

I usally like this place but today i found a pair of boots with a sign under 40% with multiple colours. I went to the cashier and they told me it was not the boots on display for 40% even though all the boxes were under the sign . they told me they dont have enogh time to sort there signs. i said it was false advertisement amd they should be giving me the 40% for catching there mistake but they decided to not do anything about it. I recommend going to SPRING at this mall better quality and prices.

Not impressed at all. Bought boots for my little girl. Paid $100 thinking must be decent quality but they are not. The boots short after l bought then went for $50 now they are less then $40( tells you something) I am stuck with $100 low quality boots.. My little girl feet are in blisters most of the time. I will not go bankrupt for $50 loss but l am sure lm not the only one unhappy. And is just matter of time when they will.

I had ordered the shoes online and had been to dufferin store for pickup. Shoes were not that good, insole was hard and i knew it would pain if i wore those and walked for 10 15 mins. So i requested the attendant to place return order. He did it in 2 mins which was very convenient. Happy with the service provided, but not with the shoe quality. However they do have pretty good collections at the store.

Denied entry because I did not accept their hand sanitizer at the front door I'm sorry since when is this mandatory? I had my mask on and secured I have sensitive hands and not able to have harsh products on my skin. I can was easily with soap and water though! No other store in the mall denied entry, I was given the choice to have hand sanitizer or not

I always purchase the kids winter boots from here. This year, one pair did not last the season and the soles came off. I took them back to the store with no receipt, only a date and the credit card used, and Kimberly went above and beyond to exchange the boots. Thank you for exceptional customer service. It truly makes a difference.

Very uncooperative, I recently purchased a pair of boots for my son for Christmas they put two right boots in the box I purchased with cash and could not find the receipt, no tags were removed all he wanted was the other boot no dice, I'll never shop there again

Very poor service and actually lied about their return policy so watch out. I returned shoes that were never worn (my wife nixed them) and then they said they couldn't take them back. At the same time they refused to refund the shoe

Cashier was extremely rude. She didn't even say hi and looked miserable the entire time. I understand people have bad days, but maybe don't get a job working with people if you can't even bring yourself to greet a customer?

I really like this place I bought a pair of Nike shoes for only $67 they have a pretty good selection and they're really helpful really good experience for my first time there are you should check it out in Dufferin Mall

This girl that works here is so rude!! She must think talking to costumers like this will make them come back? She doesn't like to help the customers she shouldn't have this type of work.

While I had trouble with two different brands of boots, the service was excellent. Thanks Globo staff for being so kind and patient with my frustration and explaining how HST works haha!

Found a great pair of boots @ 40% off! Displays and aisles are spacious (ie. not a sardine can). Lots of bench space for trying on shoes. Staff is minimal but they were very pleasant.

The staff are so helpful. They helped all there customers and even advised them how to take care of there product. They are very social and friendly.
