I have been using this Laundry to wash my clothes for 2 years. I was very satisfied because the machines wash clean. However, now that they have upgraded to new coinless machines. (Small machine) $3.00 for 27 minutes. My clothes came out the same way I put them in. I showed the owner that my clothes was still dirty, she said I have old stains that will not wash out. Price of drying was $0.25 for 7 minutes, it is now $0.40 for 7 minutes. Spent $1.20 to dry half of load with cotton sheets, pillows cases few summer dresses, and underwear on high heat, had to take home a few pieces partially wet because I refuse to spend more money to dry so few pieces. They are going to loose a lot of business. Who is willing to pay money for bad service in 2019?

Absolutely horrible, owner won't do right by MOS for dry cleaning, and I'm not talking about the price or a time restraint. Absolutely no customer care, never going back there again! Don't waste your time or money at this laundromat. If you do need someone in the area for dry cleaning go down the block to a place called Europa cleaners...they're awesome! They offer dry cleaning or tayloring & are really amazing customer care.

I like the go laundry because it is very big. Many washing machines and dryers. There is no waiting for others to finish their washing or drying. Although it is very big, it is so clean and quiet, even the chairs are very clean. I am so pleased with the place. I can't ask more than that. And another thing I like, are the performances of the machines. There work perfectly and the prices are reasonable.

Good location, however be aware that the last wash is at 8:00pm before you schlep all of your laundry there thinking you have time since they close at 11pm (according to google.) The sign that has the time listed for the last wash is covered, so you can't see it. I found out when the employee kicked me out when I walked in at 8:15pm. Frustrating.

Worst laundromat I have ever been to. The dryers don't work for anything. Its a mess inside most of the time, very disorganized. Poor customer service, not friendly... Honestly, don't waste your money here; not worth it, no matter how bad your clothes smell.

Due to covid, upon my arrival... I was rudely greeted, and advised by an Hispanic lady to hurry up and put my clothes in the wash due to the last wash is at 7pm. In addition, yelling and talking down to me as if I was her child. Yes! I

I arrives there at 8:25 PM to do two of laundry. The lady said the class at 10:00 when the website clearly indicated they closed at 11:00PM. How inconvenient and upsetting.

Neat and convenient laundry store. Also helpful staff. Fully opened without restrictions but nose marked is still advisable. Now nose macked is optional....

As I find for my own needs have to say that it's worth the $11.00 for them to wash dry and fold my 10 lbs of laundry on a weekly basis- also very nice gals

Employees and lady who seem to be owner are very rude. Horrible customer service. They had empty machines but refused to let me use them.

Friendly and helpful staff. The machines clean very well and the dryers dry quickly without melting buttons lol.

Got here at 820pm. The last wash is 8 pm, but the front sign says 9pm. Wasted my time coming here.

I love clean clothes! No but seriously, those ladies are very kind and helpful when you need them.
