I posted this from another google account but wanted to make sure it was noted : I called these people yesterday to arrange a move out date, of Saturday. They seemed nice enough on the phone, he was very straight forward and polite. I was told to text my address and and move out time as confirmation of my booking. To which I did. Come moving day, my allocated time slot was in the afternoon. I waited until it was 30 mins past my slot. Still no arrival or communication of there lateness. When I called to Check what was happening the man on the phone said he’d check with his colleague and get back to me. 30mins later there was no response. When I tried to call them back to find out what has happening they did not answer the phone and have subsequently hung up every call there after. As a last stitch I text them one final time asking if they could let me know what time they are coming as, it was the late afternoon at this point an I would struggle to find someone at such late notice. I still did not get a response and am now left in the lurch on my move out day. I would not recommend this company, the service was terrible and they are highly unprofessional and lack communication. There’s Absolutely no respect for their customers. Honestly I’d hope this review makes them rethink there customer service but I doubt it. To think they charge £80 an hour for them to ignore customers after they confirmed the job disgusting. Hopefully it will make anyone else planning to use this company to think twice.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I would advise not to use this company. We booked a few weeks in advance, and I confirmed with David 2 days before. We had our move booked in for 8am on a Saturday. On the day of the move at 8:20 I gave David a call to see where they were, David told me they were on rote and would call me back as soon as he knew how far away they were. I never heard back from David and after multiple calls and messages to David, I gave up. We were left to find anothere removals company. On a day that is stressfull, the last thing you need is a removlist not to show up, I understand that things go wrong but to just leave us hanging is unacceptable, unprofessional. I would think again if you are about to book with this company. I find your response pathetic. You have a mobile number as your company contact, not sure how you can have technical issue with that. How about you admit that didn't show up. Having phone issues had nothing to do with the fact that your company is shady and not to be trusted.

I recently used Go-Pro for a removal, and I was really pleased with their excellent service. They came prepared with necessary blankets and straps, and packed the van well so nothing got damaged. They were held up in traffic on the way, but called ahead to explain. They worked really hard both with loading and unloading. The van was absolutely full, yet I can hardly believe how quickly the whole move was done. Overall they were really courteous and hard working, and provided great value for money. I would have no hesitation using them again.

Professional set up. Times confirmed by text. Wasn't a problem to make changes to the booking. I was sent a text the night before to confirm the job. 2 very strong and helpful guys turned up bright and early - nothing seemed to be a problem for them. The only reason I knocked off a star was due to the chip my cooker received during the move. Having said that - would I use them again? Absolutely!! I sure hope I don't have to anytime soon as moving is just SO stressful!!!!

Due to a last minute move in date change we were hard pressed to sort out a moving van. Luckily we found go pro who not only had a van available last minute for a very reasonable price but also did everything possible to make our move in experience as stress free as it could be. Adam in particular was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and turned one of the usually worst parts of moving into one of our smoothest. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

At a time of crisis (my own), this company provided a same-day service, with just a couple of hours' notice. This was hugely appreciated. They were professional, polite and made the removal task absolutely stress free. Huge thanks to them and will definitely call on them again. Great value too.

First class service .Very Reliable , great attitude , professional . Extremely polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . My removals were very delicate and fragile . Everything handled with great care and professionalism and all arrived exactly as they should . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Friendly, polite and reliable. Contacted David with less than a weeks notice for a Sunday flat move (many firms don't work Sundays). Booked 2 men and a Luton Van for 4 hrs. Price was reasonable and they did a great job!

Unorganised delivery service, unfriendly phone manner. Did not arrive on time and when asked as to why I was not informed about the delay he disconnected the call. Driver never arrived.

Excellent removal service, Steve and Dan turned up on time and done a good job protecting and moving our furniture. Highly recommended.
