I sent for a cab at 930am this morning. You guys are just NOW (1030PM) getting back to me! Even one of your drivers called me 14 HOURS after I sent for a cab to comfirm my pick up address. Do you really think that i still need a ride!!?? Like I was just sitting on the curb for 14 HOURS waiting for you so called "go fast cab"!! Thank god this company isnt the only cab service in town. On another note I also tried to call in for a cab; after TWENTY MINUTES of constant ringing is when i decided to text for a cab (witch your advertising suggest is the fastest way to go about getting a cab with this service) witch brings us to a 14 HOUR wait for a response!!! Its really unbelievable! Why even bother responding!!?? All that did was just piss me off!

The service was horrible the man was very rude when I called and I was calling for one of my handicapped customers and the man was just disrespectful and rude on the phone I do not suggest that you use this place because if the dispatcher is rude imagine how they would treat your grandmother or your grandfather as a rider I do not recommend using this place at all

The first cab didn't like my big dog so he drove off immediately after saying he was pulling over. The next cab I found outside a hotel. 30 dollars layer I was a $6 in gas trip home

Never came. Never called. This is our secod time trying this service, even used their iOS app. TERRIBLE COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you have ever wanted to take you on a tour of downtown San Diego. Choose another cab company. Go fast cab _impressed me.
