Please Do not take any service from GoMachanic because so many people are getting cheated by the well establishing brand called GOMECHANIC, giving your Car to them for repair means you will not get back it in good condition, the worst part is they denied for the things on record also, & totally denied whatever promised before taking your car. I have given my car for full Deinting-Painting because its total estimaded cost shows in the app was 22500, but when they picked the car they estimated it for 35000 & when when the work done the bill was Rs. 40000/- they charged double for the same service, they Promised for 10% discount before start but totally denied after work completion. They Brocken all thy he clips fitted, they damaged my Central locking & power windows and done the painting work like untrained local painter. After calling many time their escalation department is not even picking my call, they just says that thay can't do anything. I'm totally disappointed & regretting to choose the GoMachanic, I loose my money as well as My car is not working, I must spent Rs 40-50 K again for the faulty works.

Fraud systemTheir website shows rs 26100 for full body dent and paint including roof but they quote me rs 23000 for full body denting and painting of my car in the name of discount for membership but now asking rs 35000 and after service this cost might go beyond rs 40000 . They take rs 639 for membership and rs 100 appointment charge but total fraud in the name of discount but their services are overpriced beware .customer care and garages are totally fraudulent.

मैं , जुलाई 2021 में मेरी कार के सस्पेंशन वर्क के लिए डाला था , 20,000 / बिल लिया और चालू काम किया , राइट साइड के शॉक अप को वेल्डिंग मारकर दिया , जिसकी जानकारी मुझे आज तक नही दिया । आज जब गाड़ी में आवाज आ रहा था , तो दूसरे वर्क शॉप में गाड़ी दिखाया तो वहां के मिस्त्री ने फ़ोटो निकालकर दिखाया । ये कस्टमर के साथ सरासर धोका हैं । कस्टमर को लूटने का धंदा खोल रखा है ।

Service is good but Even here, the part assembly is replaced like the authorized company service center, they do not repair the assembly, so the cost is high here too.
