They have everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. What truly sets Golds Gym apart is their team of dedicated and knowledgeable trainers. My personal trainer - RAHUL CHADHA is highly qualified, passionate, extremely knowledgeable and always ready to offer helpful advice or modify exercises to suit individual needs. His expertise ensured that I was using proper form and maximizing the effectiveness of my workouts while keeping me motivated through our sessions. Thanks to Rahul I’ve seen significant progress in my strength, endurance and over all fitness level. I appreciate Rahul’s dedication and commitment towards helping me reach my fitness goals. Another aspect that impressed me was the variety of classes . They have an extensive schedule of group fitness classes, ranging from high-intensity interval training to dance, yoga and Pilates. I had the opportunity to join a few classes, and each one was led by an enthusiastic instructor ( VISHESH VAID - dance) who kept the energy levels high and motivated everyone to push their limits. Cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, especially in today's world, and Golds excels in this aspect. They provide a clean and well maintained locker room, steam and shower. Additionally, the atmosphere at Golds is incredibly welcoming and inclusive..

I recently visited Gold's Gym in Lajpat Nagar and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the gym is well-equipped with new and modern fitness equipment, making it a great place for workouts. The facility itself is in good condition and well-maintained. However, I was quite disappointed with their pricing strategy. They don't provide transparent pricing information on their website or over the phone, which can be frustrating for potential customers. Instead, they insist that you visit the gym to get pricing details. This lack of transparency can be a turn-off for many. Moreover, the annual fee of Rs. 50,000 initially seemed excessively high compared to other gyms in the area. But what was even more frustrating is that after a visit, they offered me a "limited period offer of 24 hours" to sign up for a reduced annual fee of Rs. 30,000. This approach feels manipulative and gives the impression that they are trying to pressure you into making a quick decision. In summary, Gold's Gym in Lajpat Nagar offers a good gym environment with up-to-date equipment. However, their pricing strategy lacks transparency and can be misleading with the sudden "limited time" discounts. It's important to be cautious when dealing with their sales tactics and make sure you fully understand the terms before committing to a membership.

This gym has got beautiful interiors along with excellent lighting which makes the videos very clear when recording giving a good look to reels. They maintain proper hygiene and it's well-ventilated. It has all the equipments and tools required A-Z as per the modern set up of a gym vs the traditional gyms. I love how everything is available so easily and the workout happens like a proper workout and there is no overcrowding whatsoever. The gym staff is very friendly especially Nav, Elcee, Jasleen, Mohit & Deepak.- These five make a very good team and efficiently run the gym. The trainers are also very nice and knowledgeable along with being helpful. Golds Gym is centrally located in the main road which makes it convenient for everyone to come along with being a premium brand, it provides good quality equipments. It's a nice and spacious area as well which makes it convenient for us to do our workout! I highly recommend everyone to join this gym as it has the most modern set up.

I find startrac equipments and other machines very accurate and great atmosphere, very well managed and trainers attention on floor is very helpful. Owner himself is always active and takes interest in the betterment of facilities recently in the wake of delhis pollution they have installed air purifiers , so it also motivates the members that their health is prority . Always coming up with creative classes and celebration be it Diwali , Halloween which is something i saw for the 1st time .
