*TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY* Totally not recommended to go there even for beginners. They lack lots of things and I'm surprised that it's called GOLD'S GYM. - The gym has shortage in dumbbells ( only one pair of 6k - only one pair of 5k) and other KGs they have only 2 pairs which they should provide more since those weights are most likely to be used more than higher weights - and that makes people wait for others to finish using weights A LOT. - There are no varieties in machines , I'm still a beginner and i didn't find some of the main machines that everybody finds in other gyms. (SOME OF THE MACHINES/TREADMILLS THE GYM GOT ALREADY BROKEN :D ) -Check pictures -Most of Gym coaches are not helpful at all, they are very arrogant and full of themselves and acts like they own the you and owns the gym!!!. - Closing time is supposed to be 12AM everyday but the people working there start to close and open lights starting from 11:40PM!!! so you should understand that they want to close and leave the gym which i find very rude from them and actually that blocks us from doing our exercises. -They got a very dirty bathroom as found in pictures below, no shower rooms available. Changing rooms aren't very comfortable ( they are placed under the stairs). - They gym is located over a restaurant so you might notice some smells coming from the restaurant's kitchen :D. -Also lockers are very small comparing to the gym size , and they have cameras everywhere except in the locker area :D. -The AC leaking water drops in multiple areas in the gym.

This is my favorite gold's gym in Egypt. Unlike other branches, it's nice and cozy with not a lot of members during rush hours. I usually go in the morning, but even if you go at rush hour you'll find that your workout won't be hindered too much by other members. If you're looking for a gym with a spa, pool, and other amenities this might not be the one for you. However if your goal is a well equipped gym to do your all workouts and leave, then definitely give it a try! P.S: They don't have a squat rack, but other than that they have everything

Not the best AC for a crowded gym, usually not working as it should be, specially during summer. Very few machines and benches for the fees they are asking for. Cozy but crowded.
