Not worth the wait ….. after getting the 12 pc family , corn nuggets , mash potatoes- missing gravy and 5 rolls. Had to go back in line and bc of the long wait I asked for a refund. The price and quantity was not worth it . I thought it was rude of the worker say throw this away to another employee. I’m sticking with Chicken Express ! More

Cashier 'Milbia' DID NOT check food before handing it to me. Got home and what I purchased was not at all what I ordered. H&H combo ordered but got 4 spicy tenders and a bag of rolls. Wrong drink too. Store phone number is not a working number so can't even call store. Not satisified!! More

The employee a young black man very friendly and very polite and helpful but the food taste was not good it was hot and fresh but the chicken was horrible and the dirty rice was very mushy and the mash potatoes was thin and the gravy was tasteless I should of went to chicken express More

Tried to order on Uber and it was forcing us to purchase a gallon of tea/soda, adding an additional $11 charge. There is no option to decline. When I tried to call, it said it was a non working number. Will NOT be ordering anything from them, in person or online. More

Ordered the 12 piece and a couple sides with rolls and gravy, no drinks. $32. At least 4 strips were barely the size of nuggets and the remaining strips were small compared to similar chains like Bushes chicken. My order took 30 minutes.

I went through the drive through. Salad was spoiled, battered fries were not battered, rotisserie chicken was so spicy it took away from the rest of the meal, and the rolls were burnt. More
