My family met the bad experience when check-in time We provided them to advance notice with name list, room type and quantity. But my family waiting over 2 hours for getting the room with 10 months old baby since they arrive So so... Then face again inconvenience AC not work in one room especially 10 months old baby room and over 60 years mom will live. We request check for AC and if not move other room since about 9 pm. But they said to wait till nearly 12 AM. Finally, we got a room about 12 AM, how my mom and baby feel this hot room and can't breathe this situation. Actually 6 years old baby and 10 months old baby there. This is referred from MOHS and we faced stupid service with this hotel. It's not for relaxing this is Quarantine at the Hotel, we hope should be care and good service than GOV arrangement. But...........

Very bad experience.. First of all, nobody picks up phone for most of the times… there is no food available at 9 pm if someone is hungry.. I stayed for Test & Go Quarantine and the food they sever was horrible… no choice was given.. poor food.. stale fruits… even for salt & pepper you have to chase them for 20 mins… The reception desk is super slow and if you don’t remind them they don’t give your passport and documents back properly… Even the credit card machines don’t work properly…. AC is too cold or switched off…. Wifi is super weak… overall, I could not find a single element to like about this place… I would never like to stay here again

Ce Mercure n'est pas le meilleur, surtout en comparaison avec l'excellent Pullman Downtown qui, pourtant, pratique +/- les mêmes prix ou à d'autres Mercures Le petit déjeuner est correct mais n'arrive pas à hauteur de ceux du Pullman. Même si un effort est fait pour redonner de l'agrément à la belle grande piscine, il y a encore du travail pour rattraper les mois de négligence où on l'a laissée. Les chambres sont, elles, équivalentes à celles du Pullman si ce n'est la douche dans la baignoire. Casse-cou. Un bon point, la direction essaie d'améliorer les choses. A prix égal, l'excellent Pullman Centrepoint est, actuellement, supérieur. A réévaluer dans le futur !

Our stay for our honeymoon at the Grand Mercure was exceptional! We were greeted right away, given a traditional Burmese tea and dessert and our bags were taken to our room. Breakfast at the restaurant is wonderful with cuisines from across Asia as well as western options. Christy and Nyein were especially helpful, always checking in to make sure we were happy, offering siteseeing advice, and calling us taxis. The highlight was when we arrived to our gorgeous green and gold room, they had decorated with pink rose petals, swans and peacocks! It is incredibly clean and you will feel very safe. We will absolutely be back.

If I can give -5 star, I would love to do it. I expected the hospitality of this hotel as 4.5 stars but it fails my expectations. We have to wait for over 2 hours to check in. The A/C is not working properly in the room. We informed reception but no one can solve for us over 3 hours. They didn't care the inconveniences of the guests. There is no A/C turning on in the hall way too. I couldn't believe this hotel is under Accor Group with such kind of hospitality. I won't recommend anyone to stay here after COVID-19 too.

Fridge in the room wasn’t working Staff was rude, slow and had no clue what they were doing and unorganized. Took so long to get water bottles we had to go to reception to take it ourselves. Clearly can see all they care about is money while the service is super awful and the location is in the middle of nowhere. Could not even borrow a pen when I asked for one to fill in a form.

My friend bought a room and lived there.When I go on business, I see that the security guards are on duty.The hotel also has a good view and is easy to find and has a beautiful view of Alanya.The harbor is peaceful and clean

Reception was welcoming and friendly. The room is big and comfortable. However the toilet smells bad after shower (could be drainage problem). The smells goes all over the bedroom. The second day still the same with strong bad smell after shower. Myra Spa was rude when we told them to charge to the room. They can only accept cash! The spa was full of mosquito and not great at all.

Me and Friends had an awesome time. The food and service was awesome and the ambience and setup makes the place beautiful. The place is best for hanging out and is also super friendly and they have various sections where you can sit and enjoy your food and drinks.

Me and PH colleagues attended a seminar about women empowerment and it was fun to have the venue done in this hotel's function hall. The ambiance is very inviting even wherever you go. Will definitely find time to experience staying in this hotel soon.

Nice hotel.. the interior design of the rooms are unique with each room (sapphire, ruby, emerald) being colored appropriately to match its name... the handpainted ceiling of the rooms are also gorgeous.. there are plenty of meeting rooms and 2 ballrooms that can accommodate around 350 to 400 people..

Rooms are clean and spacious. Not so many options for Breakfast and the foods are not that good.

It is the first grand mercure in myanmar. As a five star brand it have swimming pool, gym,spa and all day dinning restaurant. Especially in the gym they have the luxury gym equipment it call connesit. I am not so sure for spelling. It can play around 100+ items.

Beautiful hotel. Didn't stay there but attended a Convention there. The hall in which we had the Convention was very comfortable, nice and clean. Felt like such a treat to attend the Convention at such a nice location with friendly staff

At grand mercure yangon will you find world class hotelier. Amazing team and excellent food really appreciate their extra mile to help me during the stay.

It's a place for having a relaxing holiday week. You may love staying there for a tropical Christmas and New Year by the swimming pool.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, but a short cab ride to local attractions. Service was AMAZING. Hotel was more than we could hope for. Food was fantastic. Pool was the best.

Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Mais personne pour s'occuper des bagages. Et, dans un hôtel d'un groupe français, pas une seule chaîne TV francophone sur les 37 proposées !

Friendly Staff. Just little Far from downtown. but you can use Grab-taxi go everywhere you needed.around 4-5k . only Too many mosquito in restaurant at night time.

Good building & facilities. The location was quite far from the Downtown. Around the hotel doesn't have so much of restaurants and shops for to grab foods.

When i arrive i feel something missing i don't know what it is. but Foods are good staff are polite and well trained. I prefer dessert.

I was there just for the swimming pool. And it was epic. So peaceful. Cant even Imagine how good those bed room if you were inside.....

Flashy venue, didn't stay here but had a convention here, very fancy and clean. Friendly staff. Cool views from level 8
