This budget hotel cost 29000ks/day for twin share. It is situated near Chinatown and accessible to local markets and restaurants. The price is fair for what you get. Breakfast included but only 2 options to choose (fried rice and egg with scramble eggs). Service is poor. We arrived first to level 8 and ordered fried rice for two. Guests who arrived later got their orders and we have been waiting for almost 20 mins. We have to leave the hotel and eat somewhere else. Cleanliness needs to be improved as we found some dusts on the bed sheet after cleaning. See attached photo. Overall, price is fair and hotel management needs to pay some attention on house keeping and more choices on breakfast.

Great place for a budget stay in downtown Chinatown but still feel secure and good because they don't have day section room services. Available single bedrooms and those are the rare things in most of the hotels. Cleaned even though it's a little small. Breakfasts were good. It's a nice walk to stroll around Chinatown especially in the evening. Will stay next time too.

Absolutely fantastic. Leo and his colleagues were so helpful and friendly. I can't thank them enough. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. The front counter staff helped me book buses and other translation issues I had. They didn't charge me any extra and always helpful to me.

As I try to be kind, I don't always post things like this, but how long do we let the burmese hotels get away with it all? What did I pay 22usd for? All the surfaces in my room were absolutely filthy, what looked like diarrhea and bodily … နောက်ထပ်

I requested one extra blanket for my two kids , just simply reply no and strictly following rules. How can I find blanket at midnight. I hope this comments will help other customer don’t face same like me (Bring your own bed). Thanks

All the staffs were friendly and kind,the rooms were perfect and the breakfast was flavorful.Remarkly one of the best in Downtown.

easily accessible, good breakfast,best service and the best budgeted hotel in downtown.wifi connection is not so good.But highly recommended.

Value for money - clean and spacious room, excellent staff, building is quite new, great location in downtown. Nice view from the rooftop.
