I have been going here for most of my life. I've never had a bad customer service experience and I don't think they have ever gotten my order wrong a single time. I've had very few experiences where the taste of what I ordered was off, but with as many times as I have been here over the years, it is to be expected. No one is perfect 100% of the time. I can vouch for their sesame chicken, beef and broccoli, various types of lo mein. Those are all great. But the star of the menu, for me, is the buffalo wings. That's right, buffalo wings. I've had a lot of good wings, but these take the cake. Just a warning though: they can be pretty spicy. Like, make you sweat in the winter spicy, but worth it if you can handle it. They've made a regular of me and I think that alone warrants a 5 star rating.

Try the Thai style basil chicken. Great taste. Portion size are larger that Thai style food at Thai restaurants.

Shopping center parking with plenty of spaces. Getting back onto the road may take sometime if you exit the parking closest to the restaurant.

I think the people who rated 3 or less stars must have had a one off experience or just a bad day. The prices are better than most Chinese restaurants, and my fiance and I frequent Chinese food often! The food was plenty for the price and served hot and fresh-even the broccoli was fresh and crunchy-not saturated with sauce and sloppy. Overall pretty good! Pleased with the staff kindness as well-you're nice and they'll be nice. Hope this helps!

Worst shrimp egg foo young I have ever had. It and my rice had absolutely no flavor and had shrimp literally the size of green peas! I had to add seasoning. I have never in all my life seen salad shrimp used in Chinese food! And they only give you 2 patties. This was a waste of $10. I also had a headache 20 min after eating it. I will never go back! Don't waste your time and money!

I've been eating at this establishment for over 20yrs, and the food is still very amazing and the staff is very friendly. They will cook your food exactly how you want it, if your food is cooked any different than what you asked then it's a miscommunication on your part. Also in case you were wondering they Do Not DELIVER, however you can phone in your order ahead of time.

Have to give a star for a review this is the worst food I’ve ever hadI had honey chicken I could only eat one bite of that big food I should have known better to order there on a Friday at 12:30 lunch time and no one on the inside picking up there food never will I dine there again

For my plate I asked for white rice and they gave me fried rice so they changed it by just replacing and still had fried rice mixed in which was fine no biggie and I even told them I don't want the egg roll since I don't eat it. I proceed to ask for a cup with ice for my bottle water I purchased and the said 40 cents lol worst customer service ever

Ordered here twice. Wings and rice for the first time and beef chicken and broccoli the second time. The wings were slightly bland definitely could have used more season compared to other Chinese restaurants. The rice was pretty good. They only give u 1 sauce and 1 napkin. 10 cent charge each for any extra sauce.

I got a carry order of general chicken. The chicken was dry with little or no sauce and taste bland. The rice was old and taste like it was boiled and almost black in color The egg roll was ok. The service was was not bad. I had to throw the rice in the trash. I will not eat there again.

The food is really good! The lady at the register is stingy with the sauces and literally gave me two and seemed like she was mad because I wanted more. Im spending money here I should be able to eat my food the way I like. Other than that i’d go bk just bc is good food and cheap.

We wanted to try a different chinese place. I am happy with our choice. We ordered, chiken wings, egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, small veggie lo mein. Everything was very tasteful. Also the chicken and shrimp egg rolls are good. We will be back!

Been ordering from here for over 5 years ! Closest to NY style Chinese takeout I've found in Charlotte, also the cheapest. Pay 1$ for a drink, extra sauce is only $.25, it doesn't get cheaper than that, lol ! Food is authentic and not expensive !

Never had a Chinese restaurant tell me that they do not substitute.... I've always paid a little extra anywhere I go for noodles instead of rice but this place absolutely refused to do it.. wont be coming back anytime soon

The crab rangoons are the best in charlotte. The lady at the counter is nice. Its clean and neat inside but outdated. The teriyaki chicken on a stick was delicious and i really like their sticky white rice.

Paid $6 for sesame chicken and that’s the cheapest I’ve ever bought. It was good however the woman had an attitude which is what I expected from past reviews . Good prices though will come again
