Paid for executive - the second highest tier below their suite offer - and got a double bed which coundnt fit my wife and I. We were refused breakfast after the night due to their own staff (receptionist and porter) error. Night receptionist apparently booked as as having arrived the previous day when we arrived at 4am in the morning. But for the fact that they were not willing to refund our money, they constantly harassed us to check out at 12noon the same day. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It's a nice place. I had some challenges with water and electricity on the first day. but I guess from their response it's not usual. even though complementary breakfast is offered, I always had to call the restaurant to enquire before the service was provided. The house keeping was good though and the staff were nice. I liked their reservation process too.

A good hotel situated in a quiet area of Kumasi in Ghana and very close to kumasi centre.The restaurant's foods and services are also very good. Golden Gate Hotel in Kumasi is my prefered hotel for more than ten years now. And it isn't an expensive hotel.

Golden Gate Hotel, is a in itself is a place of enjoyment, presidential executive bedrooms with everything that one can talk about. Conference hall, cocktail bar and large parking space for car with smart ladies and gentlemen at your berk and call.

They still provide standard service after many years. I felt comfortable.

This is cool budget hotel at heart of Kumasi located at Amakom. It has neat air conditioned rooms, conference hall, restaurant, bar, spacious car park and professional staff

I enjoyed my stay at Golden Gate hotel. It was good experience. l slept well. Nice room service and professional staff. Will always choose u and most importantly affordable

Ok hotel in KUMASI the rooms are clean but the furniture is not its old and filthy other than that the hotel is ok!

The food is very bad. Confortable beds. The hotel in general need some upgrade for the prices...
