Hello Kinan, Love the shop. I prefer to shop at a local business like this if I can help it. I noticed that you guys started carrying that Whiteclaw Vodka. Listen, I've been coming by to buy some of this stuff, like 3 weekends in a row. The price tag says $18.99 and it rings up for $21.99. I said something 3 weeks in a row to the person working. One time, they even took the price off the product. I paid $21.99, each time, no big deal, just fix it--- I'm trying to help. Next time they should definitely fix this. I came again today to buy some---- AGAIN $18.99 on the price tag, it rings up $21.99. I told the woman, the same one I told before. I told her, I tried to help, but this time, I don't to want pay $21.99. She takes the product away and puts it back on the shelf next to the wrong price. I leave, and we don't do business. That's fine. Kinan, I like the shop, but you gotta do something about the wrong price tags. I want to shop here, but how do I know if the prices are right before I check out? And maybe this person who is working could be a bit nicer. This review is says 2 stars, but it's REALLY 5 stars, but just like the prices, it's marked wrong until it gets fixed.

Very high cost typical of a place like this in the area. Back in my smaller town similar store had same selection with better prices. They had repeat customers to support. *Update. Year later. I went here to stock up on some drinks. I was nervous as I have bad anxiety and some medical issues that make it worse to move around and makes things difficult. The cashier he noticed as I was visually shaking and just honestly told them why. Anyway he didn't charge me correctly, I did accidentally give him too much cash and he handed back the larger bill, but he also didn't give me the rest of my change. I stood there in my thoughts and looked at him with confusion and he dismissed me. Idk what's up with that, but I won't be a return customer. I also didn't get a recipe, but I never had someone not give my cash back and keep a straight $60. I then had to deal with someone in my personal life talking down to me about this experience because of the cash.

I like this place as they keep Jager cold, although they're certainly not the cheapest. Total wine & spirits beats them by $10. Two times they have denied a manufacture coupon. The first time the guy literally studied it for minutes (it's valid and I got the largest bottle 1.75L which greatly exceeds the minimum 750ml bottle for coupon) but he acted like it was fake and we don't accept this. I've worked in retail for almost 2 decades and if a coupon (manufacture coupon) is valid then you key it in if it doesn't scan. I guess they can manually key in the $5 discount for phone number points but not valid manufacture coupons. Last time I left and drove to Total Wine. This time I patronized bc young lady was nice but I'll be patronizing others and just chilling my drink in advance.

The lady with red hair she also has an accent and a mole on her face at the cash register is very rude and nasty. I walked in to make my purchase soon as I walked in she held her phone camera up and recorded me all the way to checkout on her phone she even stood her phone up while I made my purchase as I walked out she recorded me walking out. Please do not purchase your alcohol here especially if you’re black because clearly all black people aren’t welcome or accused of stealing.This was the most distasteful thing ever!

I’ve been eyeing this store since it was under construction. So I finally had a chance to stop in when I saw them open! This store is extremely clean, bright and well designed. Selection was actually impressive, and most importantly the location is very convenient for this area. The two employees there were very friendly, and I believe one of them was the owner. I’m specifically a bourbon fan, and they had a lot of popular and name brand rye. Great store, and a great addition to the area.

I finally decided to stop in after eying it for about a month. They did not disappoint. Very clean and well stocked too. The customer service was A1 and I’ll be coming back real soon. Kinan pronounced Kee-non was very helpful and professional. I pray his business continues to flourish and is there for years to come.

Absolutely the best liquor store in town! Will go out of Their way to order anything you request. The selection is outstanding. Flavors of vodka I can’t find anywhere else in Jacksonville, this store has it and in the biggest bottles. This is the only store I will go to!! ,

They carry a wide variety of spirits. I started going there during the Christmas season to purchase Evan Williams eggnog. Most liquor stores do not carry this past the holidays but this is sold all year long here!! Deck the halls from Christmas to Christmas!!!!

Way overpriced generally. I called to ask how much their casamigos was and the guy says “you have to come in and see, we cannot discuss prices over the phone”. Better off going to total wine or winn dixie liquors - they have way better customer service.

The girl was very nice, the girl asked cash or credit I used credit but I didn’t know they were going to charge me Card Processing Fee. I know now to bring cash. If there was a sign I missed it. Actually isn’t it illegal in Florida

Clean. Much better selection than I am used to in New Mexico. The Girl at the counter was funny and knowledgeable. She answered the age old question quickly.....yes there is Blanton's in the back.

This is a great store. It’s in a perfect location near Walmart. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be doing all my liquor business with them.
