My name is Nikkie and this is my favourite Jewellery store! Dilek and Cathy have the best customer service. They know their products and they're both extremely helpful. Most stores are closing nowadays but I reckon the reason why Goldmark is still here is because of staff like Dilek and Cathy. These two ladies are amazing!!!

The store is nice and clean and modern , the display cabinets are modern as is the style of jewellery .The staff that work there are very friendly and helpfull and they have patience too .The customer service is great , the store is well signed and bargains are to be had .

One of the staff there is super friendly and very patient with me if compared with people from Proud jewellery at the same shopping center. Unfortunately, didnt see the name tag. Will shop again in the future.
