My fiance and I were looking around at diamond alternatives and stumbled into Goldmine and we couldn't be happier with the customer service, craftsmanship, pricing, and the whole experience. We had no idea what to expect from a custom jeweler but just wasn't finding what we were looking for elsewhere. Now, we're couldn't be happier with what we came out with. We worked with Mary who was great! She really knows her stuff and turned my little hand sketch into a beautiful engagement ring with matching wedding bands. The casting party was also super cool. Again, we had no idea what to expect, but we and all our friends there were blown away by the fact that we actually got to take part in making the rings. It's unique, personalized, and just plain fun. You get to play with a blow torch. What else could you want? The pricing was very reasonable, they are all super friendly and wonderful people, and the last time I went in they offered to polish my ring even though it had only been a few weeks since we picked them up. We will remember this experience for the rest of my life. 100% would recommend for anyone.

Mary Elizabeth and Cindi at Goldmine Design are true master craftsmen! After consulting with several jewelers around the Seattle area and continually being told the ring I hoped to propose to my hope-to-be fiancé with was not possible, I began to get worried. However, during my first visit with Mary Elizabeth she was able to sketch the ring I had envisioned in my mind despite my somewhat lacking description and was confident that she could make it. Mary Elizabeth and Cindi then helped me locate the perfect stone for the ring and ultimately crafted a ring that was far more beautiful than I could have hoped for! Two weeks ago I had the honor of my lifetime to place that ring on my wife’s finger, the ring still as beautiful as the day it was made and in perfect condition despite daily wear. My wife and I could not thank Mary Elizabeth and Cindi enough for creating a true and lasting symbol of our love.

Special people step up to the challenge of special occasions. Mary E. and her staff are those people. I was looking for someone to create a unique gift for my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary. My idea was to present her with a golden gift for our golden anniversary, but who to bring the idea to fruition. I miraculously found Gold Mine Design and presented my idea. My wife loves frogs, so what better than a frog of 24K solid gold set on a heart shaped lily pad. Mary and crew jumped at the idea and gleefully went about bringing my idea to reality. This hand crafted creation, a true one of a kind, was everything I had hoped for and a gift that truly wowed my wife. Bring your ideas to these people for absolutely stunning creations.

I have an abnormally shaped engagement ring, and wanted a wedding band that somehow fit around it. I was told by multiple jewelers that the band I wanted could not be created. I was brought to see Mary at Goldmine through friends' recommendations, and she went above and beyond my expectations. I LOVE my wedding band and it fits perfectly around my engagement ring. PLUS I was able to bring in my step-daughters to the casting. They loved it, and I was thrilled that they were part of the process of casting my wedding band!! It was very special, and I look at my ring every day with love. I couldn't recommend this place more.

My experience with Goldmine Design was unbelievable! I was looking to have a white gold engagement ring plated 2 days before it was needed and i was having a hard time finding a place to help that i could afford. When I called Goldmine design, they said i could drop it off that day with no appointment and it would be ready by the end of the day or i could set an appointment and it would be completed in about 30 min! The ring looked incredible! The ring looked brand new and it was under $50. They also said they could make a custom band to go around it when I was ready.

Mary and Cindi are such a joy to work with. They are amazing at what they do, and most importantly, make beautiful jewelry. We had a stone that is very important to my family that we wanted to use for my wife's wedding ring, and Cindi spent many sessions working with us. With her knowledge, and her ability to be open to input from us, she was able to design and create a ring that was better than we ever expected. I can't recommend Goldmine enough. They're very, very talented, but more importantly they're great people that you will love working with.

My then girlfriend and I were visiting Seattle in 2015 and walked in because of an unusual ruby engagement ring in the window. We chatted casually with Mary and were very impressed with her dedication to design and build what you want. Fast forward a couple of years and we bought that exact ring and cast each others wedding bands and are now happily married. Couldn't recommend any specialty jewelers more than Goldmine Design as they are passionate about their craft and really want to create the design you want.

My husband had our wedding rings custom made here and I have only amazing things to say! The rings are beautiful and they even threw us a little party where we got to pour the metal for our rings and have some snacks. Very down to earth and friendly folks who are really passionate as well as highly technically skilled. They also have great connections with other artists and metal workers and so we were able to get our dream rings when not many other people could do what we asked.

I left a bad review when I shouldn't have... I have to remind myself that just because I'm passionate and annoyingly positive about things, people don't have to show automatic trust to a complete stranger..its smart and safe. It must be earned...and vice versa. I apologize ma'am and to Goldmine Design. You have a great store.

My husband and I worked with Mary last year to design our weddings rings. What an experience! 21 years ago my now husband had my surprise engagement ring created at Goldmine. I loved him and the ring so much that I kept them both! The ring doubles as my wedding band, and we went back for an anniversary ring too. Cindi is wonderful and I'm hoping to go back soon for another anniversary creation.

Over the years, Cyndi and her team have designed and created our commitment rings and ultimately our wedding rings in addition to other pieces for us. It's been a wonderful collaboration ... Cyndi is a skilled artisan and we couldn't imagine working with anyone else for our jewelry needs!

I can't say better things about this place. Cindi and Mary are the nicest people I've dealt with. The work they do is phenomenal. The details and amount they listen to what my girlfriend and I wanted was beyond what I was expecting. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

My wife and i had a ring designed and made by these two women it turned out fantastic. People spot the ring on my wifes finger and cant get over the beauty of it. Goldmine Design is the place to to take your design to and bring it to life.
