I've been a member of Gold's Gym Kalyan since day of opening on 9 July 2023. ✅The equipment are top-notch compared to any local gyms around. ✅ There is option for Zumba,Yoga and meditation too. ✅ There is multiple shower rooms, a steam room and a massage room along with a huge locker room separate for men and women. ✅ The coaches are knowledgeable & supportive. ✅ The gym is always clean and well-maintained. ✅ There is in-house cafeteria with various healthy meal options. ✅It never feel crowded even if you visit during peak hours like morning or evening. This is the BIGGEST benefit in my personal opinion. ✅ The housekeeping staff is available full time.This is again something which is missing in lot of gyms but Golds have ensured full time housekeeping for maintaining hygiene cleanliness. ✅ The admin staff, receptionist and the owner himself regularly interact with clients. I really love the gym it's very nice in every aspect its has huge space and amenities are really amazing but one thing i feel is they're are very few mirror around the gym it would've been best if there were more mirrors cause they allow you to look into your form while you are working out alone
