I picked up two large pizza at Roblin Blvd location on October 31st, 2020 It was the worst pizza that I remember I ever had in recent years. Even though I was told that my pizza would be ready in 40 minutes and I was at their location to pick it up on time, however the two large pizza I ordered was made long before I was told. Pizza was soft and barely warm yet tasted very bad. I even phoned them and told them about the awful quality of pizza they gave me. They told me that if there is something I want them to do. I responded that my call is not about taking the money back which I should had asked as it was an absolute waste of money, however i told them that I am very disappointed and even though i live only 2 kilometers away from their location, I will not ever go back there again.

Had a issue with my gluten free pizza, person on phones answer to issue was no one took a bite out of your pizza. I would like to thank owner operator for her swift look into issue, she contacted me the next day was awesome and offered to fix issue. I declined but I did raise the service stars because of this. I still personally will choose some place else for my gluten free pizza but I can say my friends having the normal pizza were happy with it(they had a large pep and bacon) and enjoyed it. Owner/Operator clear cares about her business and customers.

I am giving Gondola Pizza a 3 out of 5. Things I love about Gondola Pizza: their thin slice pizza feels crisp and light unlike other pizza chains which feel oily and greasy. They have an everyday special where you can get a "15 inch pizza with pepperoni or just cheese for $10.99 excluding tax. Negatives: It's expensive for what you get. If Gondola lowered their prices by a few dollars, used more quality ingredients they might beat out the larger pizza chains in this City.

Ordered regular crust and they gave me thin crust and told me it was regular crust. My opinion is they don't know how to make pizza. Their dough is like pita bread the person on the phone said he has been making pizza for 35 years maybe they should stop making pizza or learn how to make a pizza. Just so you know I'm Italian and pizza isn't made on thin crust very disappointed and will never order from them again.

When things go well, life is easy. When the pizza oven breaks down, life gets interesting. Kudos to Esme and her staff for rising above the turmoil and taking the time to explain the situation to us and advise us of our options. We chose to wait a few extra minutes to get our food. I think it was worth the wait.

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas, which we pay a premium for. First one was PERFECT. Good amount of sauce, super cheesy and gooey. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time and a perfect thin crust Gondola pizza. The second one was DRY. Cheese was hard, no sauce on it at all. It crunched like a Dominos crunchy thin crust. Why the difference?

Made an order confirmed the address…. TWICE. They said be there in an hour then called 45 minutes into the one hour saying “sorry we actually can’t deliver to that address” ….. thus the reason why I confirmed it twice, nothing but issues every order, previously cold pizza and cold wings this time they can’t deliver.

Have not had a delivery experience from here yet, but our pick up experience has been good so far. Pizza is not the best in town, but when you factor in the early bird special, it beats out other pizzas at the same price point. Staff has always been polite and courteous on the phone while taking my order, and when making the pickup, I am never there for more that a minute or two. Good experience overall.

By far the best tasting pizza around. Not even close from anywhere else. Niakwa makes a similar type of pizza but it is not as good. $50 for two 15” thin crust pizza...... ouch! It’s been about 5 years since I’ve ordered Gondola for this reason. Ordered it today, literally best pizza in 6 years. At that price I’ll see ya again in 6 years.... unfortunately.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks over the weekend and the pizza was amazing, but the breadsticks were awful. They tasted so stale, like old cupboard or an old shoe. We could not eat them. Called the restaurant and they basically said thanks for letting them know. But I want a refund. They were the worst tasting breadsticks ever !!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Worst delivery system ever. Do not ever order a pizza from there. Guy showed up after making an excuse that he knocked on the door three times and he was an hour and half late. He walked away with an attitude like I made a mistake or so. Good location. They have dedicated parking stall. This mall has lot of businesses on site with average space could be busier at times.I really appreciate the fact they are practicing social distance thing right as they don't have much of room for people. food is good. customer service not bad

Pizza good, arrived when they said would be ready, waited an extra 30 mins. They need a better way to do take out. I had to give them my phone number, they could have phoned when pizza was ready., so I and the other 10 people did not have to stand outside. This was the Charleswood location.

I’m sorry but your quality control is slipping. We order every Friday and are done with Gondola. Why is one pizza so salty and no taste, the next the crust is not the same and another time cold. 3 strikes your out. Who are you hiring? Dissatisfied and disappointed lifetime customer.

Love the pizza here for the price @ $15 for a cheese or pepperoni large pizza (discounted rate for only Monday-Wednesday though?). Quality, tasty, filling, proper size (L/XL), reasonable price! The staff guy didn’t have much of a sense of humour though!

Ordered 2 XL pizza for the family. Found the pizza to lack cheese and other toppings. Compare to the other Gondola we usually order from, these pizzas looked small for XL. Not worth the value for over priced pizza!

If you love thin crust pizza you will love gondola. It’s crispy and cheesy so good. The pick up deal during the week is definitely worth it. Cheese or pep extra large for $12.

Very rude and not great pizza never get what you ask for. Go to gondolas on portage ave they are amazing
