I'm currently super annoyed, so technically I shouldn't be writing a review right now, but I'm annoyed enough to share my experience. I've just read other reviews which give glowing reports in the most part but the practice of paying almost $70 for a 10 minute conversation about what I had already discussed with the gentleman at the counter when I booked the appointment is completely inappropriate and seemingly a way of unethically making money. I'm super time poor and was requested to make another appointment. Otherwise, the staff were absolutely lovely - can't fault them in their manner (other than the ridiculous fee for a chat when I thought I would get the "service" I booked for). Sadly, I won't be going back but I wish them the very best and hope they learn to waive the fee when such misunderstandings happen in the future. For $70 they lost the opportunity to service a long term and loyal customer.

I visited Good Smile Dental Clinic for a regular checkup and I was very impressed by their service. The staff were friendly and professional, the clinic was clean and modern, and the dentist was gentle and thorough. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend Good Smile Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

We cannot thank Dr Sunner and Angela enough. My son has a fear of needles but they made him so comfortable during his first ever filling that he didn't even know he had a needle.
