Meh.. food here is "just ok". The lady on the phone is very sweet & nice. I couldn't hear her clearly and she was very patient & kind so kudos for great customer service skills. The chicken wings were mushy and soggy.. Not crispy at all. The general Tso/sesame chicken is also soft without any crispiness to the batter. I ate some of the rice & thew the rest in the trash. The delivery was fast but the delivery-guy is rude. I had planned on tipping him & instead of giving me my change, he tipped himself what he wanted, then gave me my change, & walked away. I won't be ordering from here again. "Sing Wah Kitchen" on broadway is better.

This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I gave the service and atmosphere the benefit of the doubt because I ordered online so I can’t say much as to the quality of those things. Some of the food I ordered was missing. The food that I did get was a large portion. The prices and the portions were the only thing good about the food. The food smelled bad and lacked in flavor. I ordered food from here because it had good reviews and I am not sure why.

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered shrimp fried rice with only onions and while waiting for my food I noticed the person cooking reach in my rice without any gloves and take something out.. When he noticed I seen him he walked away to play it off.. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.. As a business you should never put your bare hands in someone food to take anything out let alone have a reason to take something out of the rice that was just cooked ..

The Chinese food is actually really good. But the delivery man is extremely rude. He was rude when he dropped my food off but I had already gave him his tip. So the next time he came to delivery I did not tip. This guy threw my receipt & the menu on the floor & started saying things under his breath. When I went to the Chinese restaurant & let them know what happened at my home; they did not even care. The delivery guys behavior is unacceptable

I ordered some food (Delivery) and the delivery time was great (mabye 10-20 min)when I got my food it had yellow stuff in it (-2 stars) then (after taking out that yellow stuff) I ate it because I was hungry then my stomach started to hurt after I ate my food (- 1 star) Then I thew up because thier food (- 1 star) and they reuse thier oil.NASTY( If I could rate this place 0 stars I would)

I use to eat this food when I was 19 now I’m 29 and it’s really terrible like I really question if it’s food. I’m really going to start testing all of these foods because it’s sooo sketchy and synthetic. I’m giving it a star but it’s only because google won’t let me review this place without it.

Really friendly and the cashier is always happy also the older gentlemen which im assuming is the owner always gives my gf and i extra fortune cookies even on small order. I use the go the other chinese spot down the street and asking for fortune cookies was like asking for the whole meal to be free. Lady use to give me the deadly eyes. Not here thought they are a+++ team.

I don't cook much because of this place. Their Tofu with mixed vegetables gives me more than the five vegetables a day I try to eat plus a good protein in a non greasy stir fry. Many other good choices too and an expanding menu that has grown to include dumplings and Mala dishes. Very friendly family running this business.

Its Chinese takeout, what are you expecting? Michelin star quality? prices are roughly the same as everywhere else in the city with tax not included. Chicken is usually done well, rice depends on time of day you asking for it. Speed - speed is key, place is fast, just what you would expect 5-10 minutes TOPS for an order.

Like many I’m picky with my taste for Chinese/America food, this is my local go to spot and it has pleased me with a variety of great food options at value takeout prices. Their service has always been perfect and anyone who is complaining about them is probably just an annoying customer! Can’t wait to be back!

Very good with sense of humor ("Hakuna Matata" on wall) but food is not so good. So far - worst General Tso Chicken. The chicken chunk in the color of poison-red cause of souse. Rice taste riceless, broccoli is the only one bright (green) spot. And yeah, can of soda for free if you spend $10 or more.

I dont like the big guy that's here. He Coughed And cover his mouth while he was on the phone then proceed to try to touch my food I told the nice lady. "Please dont let him touch my food it like you did that and you have hand sanitizer on the counter. And decide not to use it FOH!!!

Orderd from here when I had a small get together and there party package is pretty great the food is pretty good I would definitely order from there again also the plain fried rice was great as well! Everyone loved it ! If your in Harlem I would definitely get some food from here !

My absolute favorite Chinese spot in the area. A no-frills and affordable take out restaurant. They have the best chicken in broccoli in NYC in my opinion, and you cannot beat it for the price. I've never had a bad experience with them.

I never knew that Chinese food could be so bad. My pork was over chopped, over cooked and drowned in an over sweet sauce. The "egg rolls" looked more like mini burritos.
