The first time I attempted to write this review, Google did not publish it. So we are doing this again, hopefully last time. It need to be addressed. A woman with short black hair, I think her name started with an "A" or Andrea something told my 5 year old son to wear a bullet proof vest to protect himself the way she does "just in case" because "hidden bad people" are disguised as regular citizens today and it's "dangerous again." I notified another employee and I'm not sure if anything was done about this. This unacceptable. She said, "I don't want to scare you but this is why I wear my bullet proof vest". How is it alright to say that to a child?! I regret not checking her name and writing it down. I just checked out and left right away after that incident. I wasn't going to post this and I did not want to give a bad review because normally they are very good people and the place is usually clean. This is my first time ever having such an experience but I don't believe I'll be going back again, especially if I see that girl is there.

i used to come to this goodwill almost every week because i don’t have the money to be buying expensive clothing which is why i loved goodwill so much because the prices were very reasonable and it was always fun for me to twist my findings into my style about a year a ago i remember finding sweatshirts for 2$-6$ and t-shirts for 1$-5$ and it wasn’t just for a few tops is was most the stuff i would find would be at such a low price and about 2 months ago i took a visit to this goodwill and all the prices are jacked why should i have to pay 11$ for a really used beat up sweatshirt? the old prices is why i kept returning and after i found out they jacked the prices i haven’t been back in weeks and i feel like you’ll lose more customers like myself to these jacked up prices and i think you should really reconsider these prices to someone like me who doesn’t have the money.

I've been shopping here for 9 years and through raising 6 kids. I will no long shop there anymore more. The prices are ridiculously high now. Something can have orginal price of $4.99 and the price it for $8.99 you are scamming lower income people who shop there because they normally can't afford things new. You are ripping us off. What is goodwill really doing to help put back into the community. You get everything free from my area but don't put hardly nothing back into it. I've seen a lady with 2 kids come in and talk to the manager asking for 2 sets of clothes for her new job because she was really down on her luck right then. The manager said " goodwill policy says they are not aloud to help". Wheres the humanity in your goodwill, Goodwill store? My donations will now be going to the battered womens shelters and the red cross.

I feel frustrated because it's a general knowledge that Goodwill gives you 20% off one item when you donate. I don't know when this changed or why it's different in different states. But I went to go donate here specifically only because I wanted that 20% off instead I was given a receipt for my donation so I asked because I was confused and I was told they don't give that. There should be something showing they don't give those out anymore I already don't like Goodwill because I used to work at an outlet and I've seen the corrupts of the corporation. I would have liked to have known that I would have went somewhere else and donated so I could have gotten a percentage off something I wanted to purchase. Never donating here again.

I usually go in at least once or twice a week and generally everyone has been nice and courteous but one lady in front, i believe i saw her badge say madison at one point, who's been very unprofessional and the looks and attitude she gives off makes me wanna not wanna shop there!!! she eats in front of customers and ignores them to do so and ive seen her just sitting on counter and leaning on it too and just looking like she hates the world and ruins friendly atmosphere everyone else is trying to bring at that job and multiple times on my visits ive watched her walk around just eating and never really friendly?

After donating a box of clothes to this Goodwill location, I realized that I had left my MacBook in that box so it was easier to take to my car. The following morning I came back to this location to hopefully get my MacBook back, and thankfully the staff (especially the manager!) were so quick to help me and I walked out with my MacBook this morning. As a college student I can't go more than 2 days without my MacBook for tests, and the staff at this Goodwill turned a very stressful situation into an easy and postive one. Thank you Goodwill Golden Triangle!!

I usually avoid goodwills but I needed some items for some projects I want to do but this store was so clean and the staff was helpful and polite.The manager Amanda greeted me right away and told me where I could look for the glassware I needed. I actually found some other cool items which was nice too, the store seems less picked through than others I’ve been to. The same manager ended up helping me with checking out and very kindly wrapped all the glassware for me, and there was A LOT so I appreciated it.

I have the most wonderful experience working at Goodwill. Connie is one of the best managers and a go-getter. And she is the most loving person that you will ever meet ❤. She also to a great trainer when it comes to working at the Goodwill customer service floor. And she does more than helping customers out but she also helped the associates how to work in a retail business. I would recommend her anywhere in any kind of retail store. Or even any business and she's knows what you're doing. God bless her.

This store pulls all the color of the day items off the floor when they’re supposed to be on sale. Today the color was blue and a worker was going around row by row pulling all the blue tags off the floor. What is the point in having a sale when you hide all the sale items? I always noticed at this location that it’s rare to find the color that’s on sale but I thought everyone had just bought them all but nope. Workers snatch them off the floor. This is the second time I’ve caught them doing it.

Make sure you train your staff carefully. The man at the register doesn't even know where he is working, where his store located. I bring their store receipt for an exchange and he told me i go to the wrong place. I can only exchange from where I bought it. His attitude is very rude, very mean and disrespectful. After i remind him your location is Golden Triangel and he double checks the receipt , he accept to get me the store credit without any apology

I've only lived in Texas for a year now and started shopping at this Goodwill because it was not far from work but I've since changed job locations but that won't stop me from going back that's my store and I'm sticking to it especially when the staff made sure the chair I purchased was secured in my car and wouldn't fall out I don't remember their names but thank you gentlemen for your help I went back weeks later to tell them I made it home

If I could give this place a 0 star I would it is a disaster, nothing is where it should be, there is stuff and trash on the floor and they have jacked the prices up so high that I can no longer afford to shop here. Went to buy a couple of T-shirt’s for work $4.99 hey used to be $1.79 you have to be kidding me. They are a non profit seems to me they are all about profit. For the love of god please do not donate here take it some where else.

On the donations side, there's some seriously rude workers. I went to drop off my donation and some elderly gentleman came and berated me for not reading a sign that laying on the ground. He said they were closing and I was bugging him. Then he stared while I offloaded my items from my trunk. Just a thoroughly angry man shouldn't be working with people. I've never seen such hostility, I was worried the guy might be intoxicated and violent.

I was looking through the women’s clothes aisle with my niece who is 10, & while she was looking; there was already clothes on the ground & a extremely rude old lady that works there decided to not only acuse us of making a mess but also cussing as if nothing. If your job is so miserable that you have to acuse & cuss as innocent shoppers/children you need some reevaluating. Beyond unprofessional & unbelievable!

Girls clothing was very organized. Prices were GREAT!!! Household items were decently organized but the hallways we're VERY cluttered! The staff was nice but not very well trained...my cashier accidentally input cash as the method of payment (I was paying by card) and I had to sit through a return and re-ring all the merchandise all over again (I had all FIVE of my kiddos) so it was very inconvenient :/

OVERPRICED. The store is overall nice and clean; however, the items are extremely overpriced. A mall brand shorts is priced at $14.99 and so are the mall brand tops are easily above $10-15. Unfortunately, these nicer clothes will not be purchased and end up at landfill. Hope the manager will realize the concern and adjust their pricing strategy and save these items from going to landfill!

Excellent experience - very clean and organized store - did not see one item chipped, broken or dirty on the shelves - staff was very helpful - PRICES WERE REASONABLE PER PRODUCTS OFFERED - will be traveling to Metroplex Goodwill’s rather than patroning our local GW - thank you to this store for understanding your customer base and for keeping prices REAL!!! Over priced and racist employees. Tall white guy at the register pulled his eyes back at me and made derogatory Asian comments while I heard another employee blatantly refer to another customer as the n-word and a manager laughed. This store needs to have everybody fired and a whole new staff brought in especially when looking at the other reviews.

Came by to drop off 2 childrens desks and unloaded them from my truck in front of the door and the attendant said we don’t take those and walked away. I reloaded the desk back into my truck and left. We bought the desks there a couple years ago and were going to give them back for someone else to use. I don’t think we’ll come back here.

A decent store with a great selection of popular clothing. Shelves occasionally have their items tossed about, but nothing too obnoxious. A small selection of furniture items are on display, but not a lot of entertainment content (movies, games, toys) when I visited. Overall, staff has been courteous and offerings affordably priced.

I just want to give a shout out to the employees who work hard to ensure the clothes are in the right spot according to size! I have been to many good wills, and this is the first one I've been to in a long time where items were in the correct place! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Kudos to you!

Prices has gone up quiet a bid , but if you look hard enough you can still find great items, Staff in general are great, most staff not all. senior gets discount on Tuesdays don't forget. pretty clean store well managed.Just wish the price can go back to 2 years ago before when they opened.

Manager for this goodwill she priced really hight becase she say is brand names .if doesn't matter is not in good condition .we go to goodwill looking for lowest prices .last time she takes a lot shoes from a customer because tha people work there they don't priced right

Very clean Goodwill in Keller. This is a smaller store with less of a selection than other Goodwills. I have seen that the stock in this location does shrink down dramatically occasionally. But I enjoy the cleanliness and convince of this locarion over the FW store.

My favorite Goodwill in the Fort Worth area! The store is really clean and has quality items. Ms. Amanda is the friendliest employee I’ve interacted with at any Goodwill location and has great customer service skills. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have recently started going to thrift stores to shop and this location is one of the better ones. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the deals can be good and bad depending on what you're looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Never had a bad experience. I agree with some of the sentiments expressed here, regarding price. I did find a curling iron for a couple of bucks. Clothing prices for tops were a bit higher than expected, but the fun is in the hunt. I will be back

Why do people hate donating to Goodwill? Because they’re rude and then they tell you to have a “blessed day”. That’s why the store has nothing on the shelves and what’s there is overpriced. To the Goodwill staff on N. Beach “Have a Blessed Day!”

Rude. Dropped of 8 tubs of nice used folded toddler cloths and the attended was rude as ever and acted as if our donation didnt matter. Not sure why they would hire people in customer facing roles that are beyond rude.

Horrible experience at this store. They no longer accept the discount cards, so if you have one full, it is trash. The employees are very rude at the registers. The prices have also changed this year and are very high.

Good selection of clothes of all sizes, always leave with something new. I like the customer loyalty stamp card. You get a stamp everytime you spend $10 and $10 off after you collect 10 stamps. Easier than you think!

The prices here are absolutely WAY to high! You can buy these items brand new for less than they are selling them used! They should be ashamed of themselves for selling donated items at such high prices!

It's a Goodwill, you know what it's like already. But Chris the cashier was really chill and funny. And the quantity of stuff was a little less than I'm used to, but the quality was a little higher.

It's the best Goodwill in the area they have nicer product for better prices than any other Goodwill but the rudeness of some of the employees kinda puts a damper on me wanting to shop there

Very neat and clean, but very low in stock. Shelves in house ware / electronics very low in items. Clothing very sparse. I hope it's not closing soon. It in a very nice location as well.

One of the best goodwills I've found in Fort Worth! Tons of furniture. If you like to restore furniture this is a great place to visit. It's also very clean.

This Goodwill is well organized with a friendly staff. Their selection of knick knacks and furniture is pretty small, but they have a lot of nice clothing.
