If I could give this store on 96 street in fishers a zero, I would. The cashiers are very rude, they do not ask for your rewards number. I don’t know why the manager is not training these employees correctly, but whomever they are they need to be fired. Every time I try to use my rewards, the cashier argues with me about the rules.

Slow lines for checkout (especially on the first Saturday). Main review score is because their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Women's restroom was out of toilet paper, and there was toilet paper strewn about the men's room. Kinda like they never check the restroom even though it's right up near the checkout lanes.

I normally love this particular store but today was ridiculous. One cashier to 12 customers. He called for help nobody came. There were at least 3 to 4 other employees in the store but they were in the back working. Please have at least 2 cashiers so there isn't a line all the way to the back of the store.

It's definitely a good will store. But I found some great clothing items, name brands such as Polo, chaps, and Liz Claiborne. All of the clothes that I purchased where in great condition. Store employees though we're not really friendly. But other than that it was a good experience.

The cashier kept making comments about how my nephews should be in daycare on a Sunday. Sorry some people actually take care of their children not leave their kids on their mamas or in daycare all the time just to get hair, nails, lash's and go to the club. Cashier was racist.

Bought a dress here recently. Two days later, I started getting what I thought were spider bites. Turns out they weren't spider bites, but bed bugs, which proceeded to infest my apartment. Hundreds of dollars later, I will never shop at this or any other Goodwill EVER again.

Clean store with helpful staff. Nice selection of clothing of all sizes. Dressing rooms. I found a designer purse there that looked unused. Household goods and toys also. Good recycling center in back. I would have given a higher rating if the clothes weren't so crammed.

I found several tips I liked but several had tears, or soiled, and had smells. I was told I couldnt wash it with the tag so not liking to try clothing on that smelled bad, or stained, u couldnt was or the store wont take the item back I had 7-8 tops I pull several back.

GW decided to make this store smaller so that they could capitalize on online sales. They are no longer a 5013c organization, and if they are going to continue to raise prices, then their status as a non-profit needs to be revoked!

Moderately busy but plenty of very pleasant, upbeat and helpful staff . I am a "Goodwill Junkie " and in my humble opinion this is the best customer service I've had the pleasure of experiencing in any Goodwill store ever.

Your average goodwill. The staff is good but the managers seem mean to the rest of the staff, which is unfair to them and create an awkward environment. The layout isn't their best but it is still a good place to shop.

Really happy that the clothes were sorted by size and clearly marked. I was surprised to see the amount of damaged clothes on the racks for sale. Many of the shirts were heavily stained, torn, and generally just old.

The store itself is not bad it is organized. However, the cashiers were awful and very disrespectful. They also used a lot of cuss words while helping out in front of my kids.

This Goodwill is smaller than most, however, some good deals can still be found here. Very hard working staff, keeps this place looking good.
