It was my first time ever visiting any Goody Goody store. I noticed some beverages are available only behind the checkout. A customer must request their beverage when checking out. My preferred beverage was not behind the checkout nor in stock during my visit. But it's not unusual for any store to run out of stock occasionally. Understandable. The customers ahead of me commented about the confusing checkout line. I found the line confusing as well. A one-stop shopping experience was impossible because I couldn't find one of my preferred beverages. I didn't wanna make several stops so I left GG without purchasing any beverages. I visited a different retailer several miles away. This other retailer had all my beverages in stock and not behind the checkout. One of the beverages that was out of stock at GG was actually $2 cheaper at this other retailer. Although it may be an inconvenience to some customers, I respect GG's inventory control measures they have in effect when it comes down to supply versus demand versus cost structure.

It's easy to get to but very difficult to get away from. I discovered this the very first time I went into the store. The staff is very helpful and know their stuff. They have just about anything that a wine, liquor or beer "appreciator" would want and that's precisely why they have a slow but seemingly steady flow of customers. But I simply cannot go there if I haven't got business afterward which allows me to take a right from their parking lot. With no available traffic light and lots of nearly continuous traffic going both ways, it's very easy to be stranded for who-knows-how-long to get a safe left out of the place. Anyway, they have regular tasting events so I suggest you give it a try. Just watch out for that nasty left, okay?

I have a salon business and I was there all the time and every time I spent hundreds of dollars. The staff before were really nice and helpful. They recognized me by face because how much I buy and order from them. Recently, the lady name Virginia ( Assistant manager) was so rude to me and others. Never smile or never asked if I need help with anything. She seems like she got bothered if you buy too much wine from them. She always checked you out with an annoying attitude. Multiple times, I told her I have more boxes in another cart because I didn’t want her to miss it and she told me “ I SAW” with an angry face. I don’t know what it is wrong with her. But she seems like unhappy to be there.

Horrible customer service. I could not find the smaller bottles of Svedka and ask a lady if they had any other sizes that are smaller and she rudely cut me off and waived her hands in my face and said she was helping another customer. She was in the middle of opening the glass cabinet where the expensive bottles were placed and at the time she was not speaking with a customer. Even if she was busy with another customer there is a way to not be rude and multi task where she could help the both of us. I won’t be coming back to this location. Customer service is highly important to me!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee with a awesome smile also the staff asked if I needed help that is a plus for this who have not visited Goody Goody as I proceeded to check out the employee engaged a nice conversation with me and yes all employees had there mask on and there were sanitizer at the door and at every check out station I love this store because of the customer service as well as the prices .so I give them 5 stars thank you Goody Goody for caring and bringing smiles to your customer.

I have never had a bad experience at Goody Goody. From Jose to Robert, to all of the other staff, they always have a smile on their face and are always eager to help. Their prices are the best, you cannot beat their point system and you can get it delivered to your home if you're within a five mile radius through Grizzly. I have enjoyed having them in Lakewood/White Rock and I love seeing the look of surprise when I tell people that they have the best deals. Rest in Peace Robert.

Always Goody..! Looking for something different to try (Whiskey ) one of the staff members suggest a few brands but He recommend Monkey Shoulder whiskey after we talk of my favorite (Grand Old Parr) Then another customer (older than me) get in to the isle and grabbed the bigger bottle of the same brand saying “this it's really good, you won't regret it, even the PRICE it's good!” Well, from now on I will look for that employee every time I visit this location Thank you very much!

I love goody goody and the prices because they have the best deals and can always find something cheaper than other places. The reason I didn’t rate this location 5 stars is because the last I went there I felt like the manager followed me around the store to make sure I was stealing but I don’t buy liquor often and was simply browsing but he made it a point to ask me a few times was I finding everything ok. They don’t sell single beers either like in 25 32 or 40 ounce sizes

I love wine, I'm from the country. I visited this place for Stella rose red labeled wine. It's not in the store. Red labeled Stella rose is a popular drink for the ladies. Please put it in the store, please. Other than that, this is a calm, peaceful store. The cashiers are extremely polite. The manager shows you around. He is on his toes when it comes to the customers. I say this because he helped me while he was on his break. Thumbs up to a classy store.

Really nice liquor shop to walk into. They are very nice, very knowledgeable and super helpful. It is a big place and everything is so nice, clean and organized. It is never dirty in there at all, if any it is rare. They are knowledgeable about the drinks and will make excellent recommendations for your nedds for the day. They do check the IDs for age compliance when buying, so no teens trying any funny business. Kids are allowed in there with parents.

The staff is friendly wish I like that it gives you this comforting feeling while shopping...this location always has a great selection of wine and spirits, beer mixers and what most would want gether done in one stop y'all... Roomy isles and well litted, also grab yourself some points while shopping with qualifying items build and save always clean come and have a goody day at goody goody liquor

Phillip (long hair & glasses) was amazing I don't regret spending 1 penny. I feel so knowledgeable about my wine selection. I walked in for 1 bottle of sweet red and I left with 3. He spoke so naturally about the products he probably could have sold/told me anything. He educated me on the regions and the label down to the cork. THIS WAS MY FIRST GOODY GOODY EXPERIENCE AND IM WELL PLEASED

The old lady cashier was rude to me and my sister. She didn’t even want to serve us, we just told her that we would go somewhere because of how rude she was. Everyone was walking in with their kids without an ID and she didn’t bother to ask any of them. We were the only black people there, and she just didn’t want to serve us.

Everyone is very friendly at this location but just know their prices are higher than anywhere else. I went for their customer appreciation this past weekend and after looking online at their competitors I discovered that even with the discounts they offered I still overpaid. Not feeling very appreciated …

Goody Goody Liquor Store is a wonderful experience go in there and try some of the samples of their goods I went in there little while ago I didn't indulge in the samples I might have to go back maybe get one of each I don't know. The staff is wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable.

Very nice and clean store. Cashier was very nice, helpful, and great at explaining the differences in the products. However the lead cashier or supervisor was not really welcoming or nice when product rang up for the wrong price! She had very bad body language and seemed rude.

Its one of the closest liquor stores to where i live, which doesnt say much because its still a good drive to get there. But they have some of the lowest prices around for their stock. Its a good size with a good selection. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

This is by far my favorite liquor store. I love the service and time they spend with you. Oscar the manager is great to ask questions on bourbons and whiskey. I was told to try the other stores and even other Goody Goody and nothing can compete.

Goody Goody is always the greatest no matter which location you go to. Best prices, extensive variety, and knowledgeable staff. The customer service is extraordinary!! Look them up on Drizy for delivery. They were here within a blink of the eye.

Great local spot with a consistent good selection and always helpful. Best part is I never have to worry about them marking up some of the more sought after bottles 2-3x retail like some local stores. Definitely my go to on a weekly basis.

Really good location. Very clean. Staff is always super friendly. I don't know if all these locations are dog-friendly, but the manager let me bring my leashed dog in one time, and I thought that was very sweet of him.

Trying to find a reasonably priced liquor store on my way home is hard. This was a nice find. Everyone was very helpful. Selection was very good. I will recommend it to all my Garland friends working downtown.
