Am odd experience! Reached their movies after booking tickets online a day ago. On arrival we were notified that they need a minimum of 6 or 7 viewers to run the show and we had booked just about 4 tickets and no one else has booked!!! So we had to wait until the nth minute to see if someone else walks in! Which they didn't... So the show was scheduled to be cancelled, until I offered an amazing idea to buy the extra two tickets (about 300 rupees) for no one! And got the movie up and running. Unbelievable, not sure how the extra two tickets saved the show from being cancelled. If they were scheduled to cancel a show at the least they should have messaged the customers will in advance. Not after they arrive at the theater. Manager needs a big class on Customer Satisfaction. Still can't fathom their logic that 4 viewers is a cancelled show, and 6 viewers are all good.

Oh my God! Firstly I have visited this Mall like hundred times for buying groceries and never ever in my thought i imagined a theatre like this I thought it would be a normal okayish one, but the moment we entered i was shocked to see such a beautiful theatre like the lobby box office area, i mean what an interior, I was really surprised to see, but we were worried about the screen, the seats, whether its just the outer area so beautiful what if the seats are not good, and as we then entered in again a shock, the screen area was a beauty. The seats were so comfortable, i would say i have never experienced such comfortable seats I wish to watch ever movie here from now on

Theatre is good ....but cinema staff is not good.. their behaviour is very rude they are talking with misbehave....When we inter to the cinema theater .....The dark and fat man standing in black dress he was taking with very rude....we have taken movie ticket online so they are telling us I can't send u go and ask ticket counter....When we went near the ticket counter he was not listening to us…he was ignoring us…and a lady came and said cancel the online ticket and get the ticket from here only.. If you don't get money after canceling your online ticket then what should i do? So pls Gopalan cinema need to Explain to your staff not to misbehave with customers

Visiting here after the renovation (last visited during 2019 for the movie URI),now the place has improved and the no of screens are good. I have noticed that on some portals they have not mentioned whether they have subtitles for a particular show(In my case Beast Tamil version). The hall is good with 4k and Atmos and AC is set at correct temperature.Popcorn and Nachos are cheaper compared to other cinemas (₹150 each including taxes). Visited here during weekend so we could not find parking space in the basement so mall people and traffic police arranged parking on Mysore road.

Theatre, Ambience and facilities provided are all fine. But there were two flaws. 1. We will be checked manually(physical inspection from the security) before entering the cinemas. Considering COVID situation I really don't appreciate it. 2. The movie(HERO) has two intervals according to the regulations which is fine but, the movie was played in between and the management apologised for the mistake and played the movie from the start. All the suspense was given up in the beginning which is again not acceptable.

What I love about the place: -Clean restrooms. -Not so much crowded, simple well-mannered middle class crowd. -Tickets are usually available, as the place is getting slowly popular. -Paid parking space in plenty at the basement. -Accessible via buses & private vehicles. -Theatres are kept very clean, good leg space for seatings, Dolby atmos stereo, wide screens. -House 6 screens, so usually plenty options, in case of an ad hoc movie decision. Recommended place to watch movies with family & friends.

I have kept visiting this place from my college days. Previously, they were with only 2 screens. Now they are back with complete renewed, revamped and revived with additional 4 screens. Loved my experience with KGF2 here with 4K screen Dolby Sound Experience Quite Affordable prices. As most of them charge an exorbitant price. If they continue to keep the prices minimal - This is a game Changer.

One of the finest multiplex in Bengaluru. Renovated screens and surrounding space is well built. Theatrical experience is awesome and have the neat rest rooms too. Food cost is not so high compare to other multiplexes. Even the ticket cost of Kannada movie in the mid of the week was very less. As located in the prime area, close to Chamrajpet and Mysuru road, have the decent crowd always.

Best seats for amicable amoubt of money in bangalore. Good tech, good seat and great theater experience. The food option is atypical as any other theater or mall screen. But with an added well maintained washrooms and we'll kept floor, this should be one of the best experience for move on a budget spend.

Dolby Atmos featured theatre. Sound and Display clarity is 4K Display and superb sound clarity Snacks is also at affordable prices. Most of them are priced at Rs. 150/- compared to whopping charges in other theatres. Strictly maintaining Carona rules and hygienic toilets.

It is not worth for price. Seats are comfortable, sound system need to be upgraded. Screen is good. Food expensive. Staffs are friendly. Cleanliness is bit low. Overall a decent experience. But not as expected. For that price it is not worth.

As compared to other multiplexes like PVR, Cinepolis Inox etc... this is far far better. Perfect spacing between seats, perfect sound quality (Dolby Atmos). Screen quality was just average and pricing is high.

Cinemas is good but many times they cancel the show as there are no enough people to watch, but people who have already booked tickets will get disappointed. This has happened many times recently.

Great experience watching the movie Kantara. The sound and screen was too good. The chairs were ergonomic except for people sitting beside with their legs crossed. Well maintained and hygienic.

If u are watching the movie in screen 1 or 2, pl don't book the movie. Seats are not at all comfortable. And more over its not recliner also. No leg space. No multiplexe feeling at all

A good movie hall. The atmosphere and hygiene is good. Sound system is good. Restrooms are well maintained. Parking charges are reasonable. Overall a good place to watch movies.

I guess with the renovated venue, the theatre experience is much better than before. Overall itself the mall has a better vibe about it than before, definitely worth a visit.

Good makeover... Had bee here after a long time. Previously the ambiance was ok ok... Now the exterior is good. A little work on the odur control inside would be a 5....

Overall experience at movie screen was good. But prices of eatables sold out are costly as like other movie screens/malls. Government/ Malls has to take notice of this.

Good pace to watch action movies and well maintained with comfort seating, bit a higher price snacks priced, with Dolby Atmos speakers, suitable to watch with family.

Post renovation exterior looks good but inside the hall it's one and the same. I was surprise to see popcorn combos at lesser rate when compared to other multiplexes.

Renovated Theatre looks good and elegant, Food plaza looks good, please put up some lighting and movie screen timings and Now Playing Monitor outside the mall

I watched Gandhada Gudi and I feel this is one of the best theatrical experience I had. I got screen 4 with Dolby atmos and Audio experience is top notch...

Well maintained premise and cheaper tickets compared to other theatres. ....Take the popcorn-pepsi combo for 350/- rest all food options are expensive.

4 Wheeler Parking is the problem..not organised Vehicles queue up till main road Should reach half an hour before movie schedule to get an easy parking

Went there to watch vakeel saab movie. super place. good pricing. got popcorn for 150rs. not bad. inox and PVR sucks. they charge 450

The seats are too comfortable. We picked Recliner and it was so comfy. The ticket charges are not too high. It was a good experience.
