If I could give this business a 100 stars I would. A long time ago, I had a Nissan Maxima that I bought used, and on my way to Canada, a crazy driver hit me from behind and ran away ( He had a huge truck). After talking to GEICO, I took the car to Gotham Collision and could not believe how wonderful the job was. My car had over 200, 000 and they made it look new. Unfortunately, he was pretty beaten from the previous owner and I had to get rid of it. Then I bought my dream car, a 2018 chevy Camaro. Not just any Camaro mind you, but one that has a V8, its's juiced up...it has the works... The color is a mosaic black, which is not just black but a metallic black. Well, unfortunately, my car was vandalized... and I was HEART BROKEN, until I remember Gotham Collision. They took a look at the car, explained everything clearly. In fact, the first adjuster from GEICO that did the estimate on the work needed did not take into account other scratches that Gotham Collision noticed. They truly really listened and worked out details with me, that were missed by the insurance and told me how to go about it (ANOTHER PLUS!) and not only that but they are SO SWEET. Highly Professional, but kind, down to earth and believe you me, the REAL DEAL. Not like other fake businesses, that they are shady and they do mediocre work....no no no no no... They have pride in their work. They explain everything. They help you to understand and they negotiate with your insurance, which is amazing because they have the understanding of what needs to be done more than me, as they are trained professionals that understand how to get the best work done. I don't write many reviews, I just don't have the time, but after receiving my CAMARO today back... I was SPEECHLESS and really touched. They worked at your car with love and care. The owner even told me my car was beautiful and for me to enjoy my car. These guys are all class. DO NOT waste your time for body work and repairs with people who do the talk and no work to show. Use Gotham Collision and I promise you, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart... you made my year!!!!

This place was great, they do excellent work on BMWs and imports. Got into an accident and my car was borderline totaled, wasn't sure whether I'd get it fixed since it was going to be expensive. Really glad I did, these dudes are really knowledgeable and went out of their way. I got a lot of honest information and breakdowns of what the expensive parts were and what needed to be done to the car before I agreed to anything, they even told me unless I was really attached to the car I probably shouldn't do the work because it would be too expensive. First time I've ever had someone kind of try to talk me out of spending 6k+ Turns out I couldn't let go of my e46 3series, felt like it was a part of me, stupid I know. Out of blind luck I came here because it was close to me and had good reviews. One of the biggest expenses was an adaptive headlight which would have been super costly but they spent time looking for a used one, finding deals where they could without sacrificing quality. They basically did everything they could to get me the car back without incurring some of the ridiculous costs associated with working on a german import. A lot of BMW buffs work here, which I didn't even know until after I got the car back post repairs, lucky me I guess. It's obvious they like what they do, building huge motors and making cars look good and go fast. Honestly trying to find something negative to say just so I don't sound like a shill but I don't have anything. Estimate and end cost were close, I got the car back when they said I would. I had to spend a lot of money but the car was kind of a disaster when I brought it in..

Even with all of the great reviews, Gotham actually had the best quote for me out of what I would consider the most competent shops in BK/Queens. It was easy to choose them for my service. The ladies at the front are pleasant and helpful. Every guy I dealt with in the office was also kind, going out of their way to find the best prices on parts for me, and doing some little side work that I didnt want to have to take somewhere for a second visit. (resetting a computer code, changing a wiper blade housing, etc) Dominic was always very responsive and kept me updated with things that were out of the norm or that I should know about for the future, like some janky work another body shop had done in the past that might cause problems at some point. The work was top notch and I appreciated the full cleaning/detail of my car before pickup. The ONLY downside, and it wont sound like a big deal to some, but it bummed me out...I had left a small watercolor painting in my car that my boyfriend did for me over the holidays in a place in my car where I thought it would be safe, i.e. no reason to move it from where it was, but someone did move it, and not only did they move it, they left filthy fingerprints and dirt marks all over it. In short, its ruined, Im sad its ruined, and Im not sure why that person looked at a piece of unframed art and thought it was a good idea to take it from one part of my car where it was safe, and jam it into the pocket on the back seat of my passenger door. So yea, I advise you to remove every single thing from your car and not assume things will be returned as you left them.

Coming back on Presidents’ Day this year in my CTS-V the rear end slipped out and the back of the car ended up banged up. In the end, the trunk had to be replaced, the rear side panels and paint had to be matched on the rear. The car actually took it quite well given that it spun around twice and ended up facing in reverse. Due to my emotional attachment to the car I was worried that it would never be fixed the same. So, I decided to look for a shop that would do a good job. It’s taken me a while to do this review since Gotham City Collision did such a fantastic job fixing up the car that I had no complaints. By that, I mean, it’s harder to get motivated to write an excellent review since there’s nothing to complain about. However, the car looks like new and I can’t tell anything ever happened. Additionally, they kept me updated throughout the process. I was also wanted them to re-apply various plastic paint protection films in vulnerable areas where chips were forming due to rocks and other debris. They took care of that and many other small details like clear coating the rims to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I came there to check the car multiple times and Frank would take me back to show me the progress. He even pulled up the readings on the frame alignment measuring machine to show me where it was off, and how they had corrected it. If I need a body shop or mechanic again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Gotham City Collision for any brand of car. I really trust their repair skills and customer service. They always made me feel like I was their top priority.

Following a recent accident in which my car was sideswiped by a large box truck, I needed to locate a reputable body shop within the NYC area to repair the $6,000+ worth a damages sustained to my car. A great deal of time was spent searching and reading customer reviews until I came across Gotham City Collision which simply stood out amongst the rest with their countless number of 5 star reviews and positive feedback from customers. This being my first accident and in unfamiliar territory, I found myself a bit overwhelmed navigating the insurance claims process. However, this uneasiness quickly dissipated when I dropped off my vehicle and immediately greeted by the owner, Frank who then proceeded to introduce me to their highly skilled staff. Frank and his staff really took the time to help me understand the remaining stages of the claim process and what I should expect moving forward. Throughout the repair process they remained in constant communication and continually providing both myself and insurance company directly with updates, an ETA for completion, and any paperwork associated with the repair. Upon picking up my car I was beyond pleased with the results of the repair; in fact Gotham City Collision returned my car looking better than it did even prior to the accident. I can honestly say Gotham City Collision is second to none in the auto industry exceeding all of my expectations in both the quality of work they produced as well as the unparalleled customer service they provided.

Someone hit my new car and while the damage wasn’t terrible I wanted to get it done right. I looked at a few places online and found Gotham and it turned out to be the silver lining. They have perfect reviews on every site and it shows when you get to the shop. Clean, professional, courteous and efficient. I had to get a rental car through the other person’s insurance and Gotham has an enterprise inside the same shop and is an authorized geico shop. I didn’t even have to fill out paperwork twice, everything was handled for me. The work done here is top notch as you can see in the many reviews. They returned my car looking brand new and are extremely thorough. They noticed things that I didn’t even see. The attention to detail, diligent work and customer service earn them 5 stars. When the repairs were underway I received texts at every stage of the process. Brian and Juan and the awesome receptionist (sorry I didn’t get a name), answered my questions patiently and realistically. In the end my car was even ready ahead of schedule and the car looks new. They clearly take pride in their work, it’s not just a job. After years of going to many different shops I’ve learned that once you find the place everyone goes to there’s a reason. I will be going back to Gotham with any problem in the future as this whole process was seamless and the way a business should be run: with honestly, integrity and professionalism.

Our Volvo XC90 was recently involved in an accident with an MTA Bus, causing damage to the front bumper and driver wheel well. It was our first auto accident and an overall upsetting experience, but fortunately we connected with the team at Gotham - they are fantastic in all regards. We are insured with Geico, and Gotham was listed among Geico’s affiliated repair locations...after reading the reviews for all the local affiliated shops, we decided on Gotham even though it meant waiting an extra week to scheduled the repairs. So glad we did! The drop-off / inspection process was very efficient & thorough, management kept me informed via text throughout the process regarding the status of repairs, and the final product left our car looking as it had off the showroom floor (see photos). I’m very particular (a bit OCD) and heavily scrutinized the impacted area and the Gotham team was able to answer all my questions about what they found re damage, what work was performed, the itemized costs, the communication with Geico, etc. When the accident first occurred we feared the worst, but thanks to the Gotham team (and Geico) it could not have been easier and we could not be more satisfied with the final product. This was one of the best business interactions we've had in 15 years of living in NYC, seriously. Thanks!

I brought my Q5 to have it fixed 2 weeks ago because Gotham City Collision has a good review. Gotham City Collision was able to fix the front damage bumper and fender and they did a good job. I picked up my car on October 18 and since I have high expectations with Gotham City Collision, I only checked the fixed front bumper, fender and light and not the whole car. Tonight at my parking spot I checked the car and found out scratches on the rear bumper that was not there when it was brought to Gotham City Collision. It seems that Gotham City Collision used my card and put a heavy object in the trunk and they dragged it to take it out from the car scratching the rear bumper. Those dusts/ soil were not even there when my car was brought to Gotham City Collision. What happened was annoying. I brought my car to get fixed, waited for 2 weeks and brought my car home damaged again. Its totally ridiculous! I find it very disrespectful for Gotham City Collision to use my car. So if you are planning to take your car to Gotham City Collision, think again if you love your car and wants to stay away from headache. You may want to check other auto body shop who knows better and will not use your car for whatever purpose. I will definitely not going to recommend Gotham City Collision to my network.

My car got hit parked on the street a few weeks ago and my entire front bumper/grill, quarter panel and light were pretty damaged. I brought my car to Gotham City Collision and was extremely happy with my choice of auto body shop! The service was beyond amazing. Chris and Laurie did a great job guiding me through the process and providing seamless and informational updates on the progress of the repairs being made to my car. I had gone through insurance and got a rental car while it was being fixed and they even helped me with getting the rental car and returning it. If you ever go through something as stressful as a car accident and having to get it fixed I highly suggest taking your car here. The customer service was above all I have ever seen. My car ended up looking amazing (see photos). The paint is seamless and you couldn't even tell it got hit! When I picked up the car Chris did a great job explaining the work completed and my warranty benefits. Something I might have forgot to mention is that this was the first time in my life going through something like this so I was initially very scared and not sure what this process would look like. Overall Gotham City Collision really made this experience an easy 5 stars!

I have used these guys a couple of times as a cash pay customer. (not through insurance) I'm very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Both times I dealt with Axel and got exactly the results I wanted. I'm quite particular about how I want things and notice small imperfections. Axel completely understood what I was looking for and got it spot on. I never had an issue but, I get the impression they would look to fix any legitimate problem you have. The second time I used them I picked up the car on a Friday end of day. (getting dark) Next day it rained and I kept the car in the garage. The first opportunity I had to see the car in the sun was Sunday. I could see they did a really nice detail and polish. For a 17 year old car they matched the paint perfect. (rear bumper this time) I was super happy. So happy in fact that I went back over to shake Axel's hand again and thank him the following Monday. When I walked in I could see everyone was concerned and wanted to see if everything was alright? I guess not many people come back to say thanks? I get the impression they will handle any legitimate issue promptly and make it right. Luckily no issues here and I love the text updates. Thank you Gotham!! You Rock!!

Gotham City Collision damaged my car's throttle while performing body work. I drove my car, which was fully functioning, to Gotham City Collision for body work and when it was "ready" my car would not go over 5 mph and I found myself in traffic in a very dangerous situation. I left my car there, received no call from them for 5 days and they again called me to pick it up even though it was never fixed. Gotham City Collision claimed no responsibility for the fact that my car was inoperable, said they were checking it as a "courtesy", and that it was due to a "preexisting condition". They claimed they did not have the expertise to fix my car so I had it towed to the dealer. The dealer found no chewed wires cause by mice as Gotham City Collision falsely claimed. The dealer replaced the throttle which cost me over $600. My car was completely operable when I drove it to Gotham City Collision and inoperable when I picked it up. This is a clear-cut case in which Gotham City Collision caused damage to my car's throttle. I feel cheated and disrespected. BEWARE!!!

Fake reviews - don't waste your time! Take it from me, a Level 6 Google Local Guide, that Gotham City Collision is not at all worth it, unless you don't value money and are happy to fork out a fortune or have someone else's insurance take care of the bill. Add this to the ineptitude of the staff at the desk. They make you wait while you can clearly see he is shopping online on his phone! Oh and the real clincher, when he finally gets up and reluctancy comes to your car, he offers a quote, his commission is possibly the only thing on his mind. When you inquire why it's this much, the staff seem to take offence and to me suggested I buy a pot of paint from the dealer and a paintbrush from CVS and do it myself - extremely unprofessional to say the least. Dreadful experience and unequivocally do not recommend Gotham City Collision to any of you thinking of it. Save yourself the time and aggravation. As a Google local guide, I can only guess the five star reviews aren't real and possibly paid for.

This is one of the best auto body shops I have ever been to. The staff is knowledgable, nice, helpful, and understanding. The owner took the time to talk to me about my particular situation and was very generous in not only fixing the major collision work but also touching up a few smaller dings that were on the car as well. They fixed my new car which had chipped paint and a large dent from a fender bender. The car looks brand new. They were quick and reliable and I would always go back to them if I ever have another need for auto body work. They worked with my insurance and even had an Enterprise car rental in the shop so I didn't have to run around finding a rental car. From the moment of my accident to the time I picked up my fixed car, I didn't have to worry about a thing because Gotham City Collision took care of it all worry-free. I'd like to thank the owner and staff at Gotham City Collision for treating me and my car so well. I will certainly recommend them to others in the future.

These guys are the best and I would not take my car anywhere else in the city. A rare find as they do great work and are very honest. Just picked up my month old Mercedes with which I had a very unfortunate front end incident. My new car is still good as new! This is the second MB they have fixed for me, the first being when I was rear ended 2 years ago. I can only say they have made their operation even better. The GEICO ARX program they have set up takes all the pain out of the misery of fixing your car. The GEICO adjuster starts you off, moves you to the Gotham City person, and then to the Enterprise rental person who gets you on your way! All within 30 minutes. They start ordering parts right away, and get you back your car quickly. This place also texts you updates on the status of your car, and has no problem answering calls if you have them. Gotham City Collision did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I read the good reviews before choosing them but the reviews didn't do them justice. They are way better than their reviews! Someone hit my parked vehicle on the passenger side (from the rear through the back door) and you would never know it now. Gotham City was very professional, which is important to me. They were organized and communicated everything that I needed to know (and more). They even texted status updates to keep me abreast of what they were doing. Everything went smoothly AND my vehicle looks brand new. Not only did they do an awesome job repairing my vehicle but they did an exceptional job cleaning it as well. LOVED IT!! Had a list of shops I could take our car to for repair estimates, via Geico. I Googled this place and found nothing but great reviews. Skeptical though I was, Gabriel's DEF lived up to the hype. The facilities are clean, easy to get to, with convenient hours, and a rep from both Geico AND Enterprise onsite! Frank (owner) is an honest, hardworking dude. He's kind of amazing, really. I was planning to take my car to the dealership for repairs, but he showed me that they are one of only 2 New York based Audi Authorized Collision Repair Facilities. DONE! We left our car with confidence and got our baby back looking BRAND new. They repainted the entire vehicle, replaced everything needed with Audi parts, and were fast and thorough. Not planning to wreck my car any time soon, BUT if that were ever to happen again: WE WILL ONLY BE GOING TO GABRIEL'S!!

I took my car to Gotham City Collision in LIC to repair my driver side door and fender and to replace a cracked driver side side mirror and cap. All items were replaced with oem parts (covered by my insurance after after Gotham’s Chris sent photos and an explanation to my adjuster. Thanks Chris!). The installation and paint came out excellent and perfectly matches the OEM paint! I opted for some additional full car paint buffing and a repaint of the driver side rocker panel (deeply scratched by my excitable puppy) so that the rest of the car matched the new painted area. Gotham was transparent in their explanation of the process and delivered my car on schedule. This is the second time Gotham has repaired my car and I will absolutely come back in the again for all my body shop needs. Thanks Juan, Chris and team!

Top notch. My bumper replacement and fender repaint were flawless (Black 2018 Impreza). More importantly, they've figured out that kindness is a good business model for an auto repair shop. I did my due diligence and called several other repair shops and they were all rude and dodgy. Gotham breaks that stereotype. I spoke with both owners and they took time and care talking me through the repair process. They answered every question I had thoroughly. Even while I was waiting and filling out paperwork, every customer that came into the shop was greeted with kindness. I can't stress enough how important this is. Their customer service is simply the best and I felt my car was in great hands every step of the way. Their prices are fair. Worth every penny for the level of kindness and comfort they provide.

While I am sure that repairs took a little longer due to COVID-19, they were well worth the wait time. They did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond by not only fixing the damage I came in with but also the other scratches that were on the bumper as well while they were at it. They also detailed the interior of the car which was a nice treat. Staff was attentive and answered my questions. When I called they knew exactly which car was mine. I was given updates via text message as things were happening regularly and the date of when my car was moved up and was reported to me timely. They are sort of partnered with Enterprise rent a car and I was picked up when I dropped off my car and I was able to leave the rental with them when I picked up my car. Great experience!

An overdue review of Gotham City Collision. I have brought several cars to Juan and his team over the past 2-3 years. All I can say is that are extremely professional, over-communicate and are very easy to work with. They are also an authorized Geico repair shop which makes things even easier. On my last visit a few months back, Juan was especially helpful in getting the job done in just a few days (2013 BMW 750Li cracks in rear bumper) as I was scheduled to go away that weekend and needed the car. He has been great to work with in each case. Also, continuous text messages with repair updates are very helpful. Highly recommend Juan and all of the folks at Gotham City Collision.

I am extremely grateful to Juan and his staff at Gotham City Collision. I had a deer hit on my 2016 VW Tiguan in May 2019. Another body shop in N.C. had done the work on my vehicle and had completed some of the most horrific paint/body work to say the least. After almost 4 months of back and forth with this shop and the insurance company Gotham came to the rescue! The professionals at Gotham had realigned panels, buffed, repainted, detailed my car inside and out, also steamed my engine etc.... Its like having a brand new car! If you appreciate good customer service and quality work matters to you don't waste your time going anywhere else. Get to Gotham!!

Great experience, Frank and team here go above and beyond to do great work, while also delivering a great experience. We had a new 2018 model Audi which was hard to source parts for when replacing the rear door, but the team at Gotham got it done and kept us updated along the way. The work on the car is top notch, can’t even tell anything happened and the car still looks brand new. The team turned it around right before the holiday so we had the car to visit family. Can’t say enough good things and will bring the car back if we ever need anything again, there isn’t anyone better around from a quality and experience standpoint. Jack

I represented individuals injured in automobile accidents for many years- I fielded many complaints about auto body shops (for the most part, I could not provide any assistance). Hence, I was not looking forward to the dealing with an auto body shop after my own fender bender. Juan and Brian run a first-class operation. The work was performed professionally. When an after-market bumper did not fit perfectly, Juan convinced GEICO to authorize an original manufacturer’s part. An added bonus, they also cleaned the inside of the car before delivery. If you have a GEICO repair, don’t hesitate to use Gotham City Collision.

GREAT PLACE!!! Really loved the whole experience!! Their willingness to work with you was like none other. We went shopping around for my gf hood to be painted and went to other spots before checking out Gotham and after talking to the owner Juan we knew this was the spot. As customers we felt appreciated and all their staff was extremely friendly, as I stayed over half an hour chatting around with them all. I will highly recommend if you want a job done right. 2019 Audi s5 perfectly paint matched and I’m very picky especially when it comes to cars but they exceeded expectations!! Overall GREAT WORK!!

These guys did good work, were friendly, kept me updated with progress via text message, got the job done a bit earlier than quoted, AND detailed the inside of my car even though it was just my rear bumper that needed work. Also a left a winning scratch-off ticket in the car (just $15, but still), and it was happily waiting there for me when I picked up. Repair was fully covered by insurance after the deductible ($500), and the place was recommended by both Geico and Tesla. The work itself was pretty $$$ but again, covered. Provided someone else is paying, I'll definitely use this place again.

I wanted to wait a month or so until leaving a review so I could see the work in different lights and conditions. After a month I can say confidently that my BMW looks good as new. You can’t tell it had any paint work done. Apart from the result of the work, the service experience was great. Every employee was friendly. Even the owner asked me if I was satisfied as I picked up my car. The text message update system kept me in the loop with what was happening with my car, which was great. Convenient having enterprise on site and easy comm. between Gotham Geico and Enterprise. Very satisfied.

Awesome. I brought in my 5 yr old car because I got rear ended. First I thought it was only cosmetic damage to the bumper, but it turned out there was a lot more damage inside. They were able to find all the details and contact the insurance company for the supplement. Furthermore, they buffed out all minor scratches free of charge. Now my car looks very newer than new. The service is great and their work is amazing. It even has rental car attached in its office so that you could drive off with a rental car after you dropping off your car. I'd strongly strongly recommend this shop!

Time I walked into the door of Gotham so upset about my van, they made me feel at ease. The customer service is amazing with so much respect and so professional. I was explained what would be done and approximately how long it would take. My van looks fantastic!! The quality and value of the job was well done. Gotham even went the extra mile and returned the rental for me (my mouth dropped) never before has that ever been done. Gotham if I could I would give the the company twenty (20) stars. Highly recommended! Very professional, great service, high quality work and faster than expected. My car was in a hit-and-run parking lot accident. These guys provided a seamless, worry-free experience. They repaired the damage to my door and had my car looking brand new again. They also send text updates and pictures throughout the process. Picked Gotham City based on the Google reviews and I am happy to report that they exceeded my expectations. Very easy to communicate with by email to schedule an appointment to give me a price quote to deal with a scratch on the hood of my car. Easy location and very friendly/helpful staff. They recommended a very minor repair instead of a major/expensive job. And they helped deal with the scratch in less than one hour -- and then did not even charge me for it! Incredibly good service and I would recommended that everyone come here!

I used Gotham City after my car was side swiped and had a bunch of damage to my passenger side. The team was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They walked me through all the work and kept me updated. I highly recommend Chris and Mike who kept in contact with me after an unexpected issue occurred with my tire that caused a flat. they were extremely apologetic and ensured they'd get to the bottom of the issue and fixed everything. Bottom line is a great shop, I felt taken care of and highly recommend.

They are just amazing. Someone hit my X5 from behind on the Friday before New Years, just as I was heading out of town for vacation. I dropped the car off right before flying out and they kept me up to date the whole time, and had the car back to me within days of my return--dare I say in better condition than before it was hit. Between the owner and the entire staff, I have yet to speak to anyone who wasn't courteous and earnest, just good people who do a phenomenal job. I wouldn't trust either of our cars to anyone else.

It looks like a brand new car, and they even cleaned and detailed the interior, painted the little chips on the hood, polished it, the whole 9 yards. I wasn't worried about it getting stolen before because it looked like garbage, but now I am a little worried because of how nice and shiny they made it look! Very, very happy with both the customer service and service of the car.

I got pretty heavy front end damage in December. I found this shop from the Geico express station. The whole process was great. Fast and easy. They had the rental company working there also, when I dropped off the car I was there about 25 mins. In and out. Painless. No hassle. Picked up my car today and was VERY pleased with their work. We recently had body work done on our 2015 Honda Odyssey. Gotham City Collision was professional and so friendly from the first moment. Gotham City Collision is the best place to bring your vehicle for cosmetic repairs. My Toyota Rav4 was hit (while parked) on the back by a driver whose insurance had Gotham Collision as a repair shop. I read the reviews online and decided to give it a try. Awesome work by Gotham City Collision! Just picked up my Nissan Sentra this morning after a tree branch fell on the hood last week. I had a dent in the hood and the right front fender just above the right front tire. I had my car back in just 2.5 days! Not only did they replace the hood and fender and match the paint color but they also fixed a minor dent i had on my front bumper from an unrelated incident a long time ago. They returned my vehicle spic and span! Couldn't be happier!

update. Years later my newer Toyota Prius had an accident. They're still an excellent shop! My older Mercedes was damaged on the trunk by a neighbor. They were willing to pay and were honest about it. I shopped and got estimates. And I have to say they were stellar. The job they did was excellent and they went above and beyond. Could not be more pleased or recommend them more. Jim was awesome to deal with and made sure it was done right. She looks better now than ever before.

This is the best automotive repair service I've ever experienced. The customer service is refreshingly, unusually beyond the norm. The technical skills are unbeatable; they were able to repair my badly damaged and old car to make it look and function as if it was brand new. This was very impressive. The team did extensive research to find parts from all over the world to best match my old car's requirements. Turn around time was more than reasonble. Prices were very fair.

Extremely disappointed! Poor quality of work. Did not complete my bumper and instead just polished it and tried to hide the damage. I picked the car up at night so was not able to inspect it properly. Messed up my side mirror and refused to take any responsibility for it, instead only focused into wanting to file another claim. What a scam!!!!! . I am also reporting them to BB. Extremely rude people. Do not recommend at all!! I also let my insurance know as well.

Had a great experience with Gotham City! My car was hit and the repairs were covered by someone else’s insurance as they were at fault. Once I dropped off the car, it was clear to Gotham that the insurance estimate would not cover the full costs. They worked directly with the insurance company to get everything thing covered and to get paid directly. Gotham even cleaned and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. Super professional and responsive!

My parked car got hit twice within a few weeks by two different drivers. I was upset that I had to deal with the accidents now. Luckily, I found Gotham City Collision and they did great work on the car. The whole process was stressful for me, but at the end of the day, I am very satisfied with their work on my car. This is an awesome shop. Tim was my estimator. Was a very cool guy, got me in and got me out. I was there because someone swipe the rear driver side of my Ford F-150. Gotham city collision is a must go to if ever a fender bender. In my case I left my vehicle in the place where my company’s truck is usually parked. Returned from a long trip to see some fool hit my vehicle, no regards in leaving a note to state what they had done. Luckily there was a camera facing my ride. They took good care of me. Service was fast and efficient. I went there twice and spent less than 10 mins each time. GCC spoke with my insurance independently which meant that I didn't have to be the middle person etc. They worked seamlessly with my car rental company which was even less stress for me after such a bad accident.
