Literally went in for an oil change and Tony immediately spotted an issue with my filter and breaks. He insisted on fixing them on the spot as the car would not be safe to drive for much longer. He dropped everything and spent his valuable time fixing my car ensuring I left happy and the important things fixed. Just when I thought he was done, he replaced my wind screen wipers as well as they were old plastic useless ones. Tony, thanks so much for your expertise, patience and time. All the while, his pricing was so reasonable that I will be returning to him and have already referred friends to him. Great service with a smile.

Tony was able to fit me in between his busy bookings to do a diagnoestic on my Subaru XV, which has thrown error lights on the ABS, Stability Control, and Hill Assist. Not only did he do the diagnestic but also without asking gave the car a good check over. He noted some play in the rear differential and asked that I have a differential specialist take a look at it (it has been modified with a diff locker). The car needed a new rear wheel speed sensor. But rather than just buy a new one from Subaru, he called around to track down alternative options for me to choose. His rate was very reasonable.

My vehicle was in for nearly a month and came back with two issues that were already diagnosed prior, a leaking front diff and leaking injector. $4k spent and an unwillingness to prioritise getting my car back in to fix what already needed fixing although I was charged for this (written down on a list). Was also returned with a hole in the thermostat, broken vacuum lines and the engine oil level came back empty after replacing an engine seal. Stressful, time consuming, and expensive. An awful job all round.

I took my car to Graham Gould Motors, and Tony, the wizard behind the wrenches, worked his magic. He's a one-man car-saving symphony. Tony not only fixed my ride but also gave me advice that made me feel like I attended a car wisdom seminar. Plus, rumor has it he moonlights as a stand-up mechanic – service with a smile or get a discount; it's like a comedy club for your car. Five stars for laughs and repairs!

I went to two other mechanics in the area first, huge mistake! I couldn't believe the level of care Tony put into my car, greasing and checking levels plus the work i had asked for, he honestly put in the effort like it was his own. Finally the price! He is fairly priced and super upfront about cost. I couldn't recommend this place more! Exceptional mechanic.

Called this place to ask to get a roadworthy inspection done. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful and gave me some good advice which ended up saving me time, money and headaches. When someone with industry experience takes the time to share a bit of knowledge and gives some advice it can be very helpful.

Tony just knows what he is doing, he'll let you know what is going on, he'll do a fantastic job and you'll leave with complete trust in the quality of work he has done on your vehicle. Easily the best mechanic I have been too and an added bonus that he is local.
